I would not recommend their services
I hired this firm to represent me in my workers’ compensation case and was assigned Mark Weissburg. Unfortunately, my experience was very frustrating. Communication was extremely limited, and for over a year I was not kept informed about the status of my case. I would have appreciated more consistent updates and clearer guidance throughout the process.
In the few interactions I did have with Mark, I found the communication to be unprofessional, rushed and responses often felt dismissive. He was very unfriendly during these interactions, and, not to mention, he was late to the two phone calls I had with him.
I had to ask Mark to stop representing my case. After multiple follow-ups, I eventually received the attorney withdrawal documentation, but the delay added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.
Based on my own experience, I would not recommend their services. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future clients receive better communication and support.
