These guys were trying to make me pay $1500 to pull out the broken oil dipstick and put in a new one… Telling me they have to drop the pan and all of this fancy stuff.. bought the dipstick there" the tube,"drove it back. My guy at home did it for $67.18...lol joke don't go for anything

You don't know what you had until it's gone. We switched to Volvo's. Just the service provided by either John or Garrett is worth doing business with Penn.

Stay away! Most unfair CA company in the area. Overcharging, stealing, lying isnt even enough to describe how bad the people here are.

I always enjoy going here besides spending the money. When you buy a caterpillar it's like buying a Mercedes. You know to repair it it's going to be more expensive than if you owned a Honda or in this case something like a mustang or a gehl or basically any other type of machine besides a Kubota or a John Deere. Fantastic people always get the right part.
