Unit was hired to aid a house move, proved to be an excellent facility, clean, secure and very safe. Staff/ management couldn't have been more pleasant and supportive with setup etc. All in all an excellent service at an excellent rate, highly recommend.

Great knowledge staff and whole process is good

Staff were very friendly and explained all the details of renting a storage unit with yourselves. Entering the building, how to use the lifts etc. Everything was set up with ease .

Well what can i say amazing is a good start. The ladies behind the counter are the friendliest most professional and so helpful and deserve a pay rise. I cannot fault homestore Ipswich and i would recommend to anyone

We've used Homestore Self Storage in both Bury St. Edmunds and Ipswich and found the staff and operation to be excellent. Our main use of the Ipswich location has just ended but, without hesitation, we'd use this site again if/when needed without looking elsewhere. Sarah and Nicky, the service team there, are both extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They keep the site clean and well-functioning and are always ready to advise. Security was never an issue and I know the cctv is integral in the success of the site. Also, in case it helps, the lavatory facilities (for unit renters) are always fresh, clean and well presented. Thanks ladies, we'll see you again soon.

Never less than a positive experience whenever I visit Homestore Ipswich, at any time of day or night! Staff unfailingly friendly, welcoming, efficient and helpful; convenient location; buildings bright, tidy and clean, whatever the hour; all the surrounding support is there to make the process of shifting and storing stuff as easy as possible (lifts, trolleys, good lighting, cover from the weather, security). All on very competitive terms. In all honesty, I would find it hard to fault anything about the service I have had, and would unfailingly recommend Homestore Ipswich to anyone.

To assist with our house move from Essex to Suffolk, we stumbled across Home Store Self Storage, via google. Our initial telephone conversation followed a visit to the facility where i met with Nicky on Reception, she was extremely courteous and very helpful and guided me through the available size units, relevant discounted rates, access codes, lift call and paper work. i was extremely impressed with the service offered, and pleasantly surprised at this well maintained, clean and tidy facility. Of particular note, there was a vending machine, which served me well as i had travelled a distance. In addition, the washrooms were absolutely immaculate, it was clear this company cared about its customer experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Store Storage to friends & family if and when need arises.

Always a friendly and helpful service

Nicky was so helpful with our initial enquiries. Sarah completed our booking on-site and dealt patiently with us changing our mind on unit size. Love that we can access the unit 24/7 - especially as our movers were driving 5 hours to get here. Also the flexibility of timeframes. Definitely recommended.

Nicky and Sarah are so welcoming and friendly- their support and service was great, they spent a lot of time showing me around and going through all the options with me which was a massive help! The storage unit is a great size and price.

Our choice to use HomeStore was because we'd used them before. As last time, Sarah gave us the time to show us potential sizes of unit & quoted us the prices. Our 100ftsq unit is perfect for an 8 week hire. With their friendly approach, access 24/7 and choice of units, it was straight forward to stay with HomeStore.
