I suffered with eczema for many years. The skin on the back of my hands and fingers were very red. During the night my hands would get very itchy and prevent me getting a good nights sleep. At times it became infected and I had to resort to antibiotics. I'd tried other alternative treatments but with no joy. After seeing Heather and taking her remedies the skin gradually started to settle down. Now after several months the skin is back to normal being soft and supple, and showing no sign of eczema. I'm so pleased with the improvement as I was very self conscious of the condition of my hands. I thoroughly recommend Heather, as she has helped me tremendously. Many thanks.

I have been treated by Heather Abel with homeopathic remedies for over 10 years, with success on each occasion , often seeing results within a few days. Her attention to detail, and availability to discuss progress , is very supportive. I highly recommend this homeopathic practise and am impressed with the diagnostic service. Heather is able to make recommendations for friends and family of all ages. She is also especially helpful with pre natal , peri natal and post natal support remedies, whilst offering potent suggestions to treat anxiety which is so prevalent in current society.

Heather is a lovely lady and made me feel very at ease on each occasion I visited. She is very thorough and the remedies she gave me have been so helpful - at first I thought everything I noticed was coincidental, but it really does work and I have felt so much better in myself and a number of health issues have completely disappeared. Heather really helped my young son with a nasty fever recently and has been treating him naturally and holistically since he was born (she even helped to put together my birthing kit to help me have a wonderful natural childbirth experience).I'm more the type to reach for the ibuprofen when it comes to myself, but she is patient and understanding, always makes availability for consultation - by phone if we can't make it in - and has helped me deal with symptoms of stress and anxiety, and found remedies that saved me from headaches that ibuprofen couldn't touch! Thanks Heather!
