You won’t beat the location of this house in Burleigh, it is so peaceful and private & backs on to the National Park. There is obviously a lot of construction in Burleigh at the moment for the tram installation - but this location is far enough away not to be bothered by it at all. We stayed here for 7 nights & it suited us perfectly, is only a 5 minute walk to the beach from the house & there is a great coffee shack (right by the pavilion) which became our morning ritual. It is also a very easy walk to shops, bars & and restaurants, we especially enjoyed The Pavilion outside deck for cocktails. The house is a great size and a fantastic design - we were a small group of 4, but if there had been 8 of us, this would still have felt roomy. Bathrooms and beds were all fab & despite it being very hot temperatures outside while we were there, the air con & fans were more than enough to keep us cool.All in all a perfect stay for our first week in Australia!

We had the most wonderful family trip, thanks to our amazing host, Steve. His communication and instructions were phenomenal from start to finish, making everything so easy. The apartment made us feel right at home , it was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The welcome snacks were such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.The building’s amenities were fantastic as well , the beautiful pool, gym, sauna and steam room made our stay even better.The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we needed in Broadbeach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-hosted stay.

Lovely flat, really clean, perfect location, spacious. Automated messages from the property manager with slow response to actual questions- difficulty connecting to wifi (needed for baby monitor) with slow and unhelpful response. But overall, lovely apartment with early check in facilitated, and a great stay.

Stayed solo to see family who live in the area so I know it well and have stayed at Burleigh Surf several times over the years - the apartment itself is not brand new but has all the amenities you might want and the spa tub in the en-suite was a wonderful luxury - so too being able to see the ocean in complete privacy from the shower. The views are amazing although the nearby construction in the area is unavoidable. That said it didn’t affect anything too greatly - it’s a just a wonderful spot with flagged beaches nearby. I’ll be back for sure. Host was available and communicated well throughout.

Nice location with great ammenities. Plenty of nice restaurants around. You can walk pretty much anywhere. Apartment is well equipped and provides small things like olive oil or detergent to do the laundry. It really makes a difference when you want to cook or just chill out in the apartment.There is also access to the gym, sauna and swimming pool.Steve is very approachable and helpful. I definetly would be happy to stay here again

Great apartment, location and facilities. Very well equipped with kitchenware & basic items (salt/pepper sauce, coffee pods etc) as the listing said. Communication with host was excellent and clear / timely. Definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay here. The place was spotless beautiful bathrooms, bedrooms and linen. The host was always responsive asking if they could do anything and we dealt with a small maintenance problem very quickly. I enjoyed the front balcony nice place to watch the sunset was great that we could have some beach towels as well as plenty of normal towels. I was very grateful to be able to take my dog as well.! Highly recommended
