Let us unveil your real identity as you are not Mark Moore. Your real name has per passport is Sacha Dean Biyan. It was indeed very painful to deal with you. We tried our level best to service you but your constant request of changing the programme again and again was something which we did many times but it was not appreciated by you at all. If I'm not wrong we changed your programme at least six to seven times to accommodate you. We delivered 100% what we promised you and gave it to you in writing. All the vouchers were given to you in advance with details of all the hotels. Since you had your budget constraints and you did not want to stay in hotels more than three stars and that is what we gave you. It is strange that you checked all the vouchers, received and accepted them and then you found the same hotels to be not up to your expectations. All the time you were giving us names of the 5 star hotels whereas you paid for three stars. Yet you said you did not want fancy hotels which was so contradictory. In the middle of the programme when you were in Rajasthan, it was our company who gave up on your tantrums and we were the ones to propose that we want to refund back your money as we do not want to service your programme anymore. Still we supported you with the transport which you used throughout Rajasthan. We refunded the entire money back to you for the Ladakh and Chhattisgarh's segment which has been duly received by you. I again repeat we delivered 100 percent for what we got paid and what you accepted through our vouchers. If there was any observation by you you should have told us before you started the trip. I will let the readers decide whether your review is really genuine or is it a client who was extremely demanding and did not know his own mind, who kept on changing the programme again and again making it difficult for us to deliver.
