Cancelled on us twice- today's appointment at 3pm. The therapist Afifah texted to inform cancellation 30 mins before. As a working adult, i planned my day and schedule it properly and took last min AL just to accompany my mom for her session. We rushed home from hospital to prepare for this session! She apologised and explain her personal situation. You apologised yes. But does it help our situation? No. How can you expect customers to understand your personal problems? Then what about our time and effort wasted ? My wasted AL? I believe she also blocked me after i tell her off. I dont do bad reviews or post , usually will just let things slide. But this is really too much.
My hijama session was a very pleasant surprise. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but the practitioner, Danial gentle approach and clear explanations put me at ease. The treatment itself was surprisingly comfortable, and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. A truly beneficial experience!

The person called to say she can't do session yesterday and confirmed will be here at 3pm today. And has still not showed up and on top of it not responding to messages or calls. Not great service no sense of customer delight.

No she did not! I messaged her asking if she got a cab of she is on the way and she did not respond. I called her soany times she didn't answer! And the calls and messages stopped reaching her so basically left me hanging waiting for her here! And I got an email from you asking how the session went and to give you feedback on Facebook!! No other email! How can you commit 3pm and schedule another client earlier in Tampines when your next call is in the city centre. And call me at 3pm saying I will be late when the session was scheduled for 3pm.?.
And I called your number as well several times to check but got no response!

Appt was rescheduled by admin last min. Yet, no one turns up on the rescheduled date with no updates despite the numerous phone calls or message.

From 5 star review dropped to 1. Disappointed ☹️ Therapist didn’t turn up for my session when booked in advance. Received confirmation some more of the appointment date which is today (14/11). Msg at FB & WA didn’t reply, called the hotline an hour later but rejected my call. Hais…really dissapointing. Appreciate to cancel the appointment from Hijama’s side if not able to make it or request for a reschedule, client should be fine instead of making us wait and didn’t turn up and no response. Client too have plans…guess I will be bringing my business elsewhere from hereon.
I booked an appointment via their apoontment calender on 22 Oct 2022 at 10 am with Haiqel but no one turned up. There was a confirmation booking via email and text messages. Tried contacting them at all the numbers and IG message but no one reply. Bad service and not responsible. Waited for 1 hour before deciding to write this review for others to take note. Truly a dissapointment.

Placed an appointment twice via online system. Both times, have received two emails (confirmation of appointment + reminder of appointment. On both occasions, no one turned up. No responses on whatsapp too. Do give the high ratings a miss. Most are 5 stars with one 1 or 2 reviews by the reviewer.
My husband had booked a slot for massage and cupping. An email reminder were sent twice to him but on the day we expected the therapist to come, he did not show up as per date and time booked. We waited for 2 hrs as we had prepared everything. We been trying to call the hotline number stated on the website numerously and even message them, but no response still. 4 hrs later an auto message was sent. We were expecting a reply for an explanation but was rather disappointed. This wasn't the first time it happened. My relatives also experienced the same issue like us. Service not recommended.
