from day one everybody at the practice has been very helpful and Professional. The procedure was explained thoroughly to me and from start to finish my treatment was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend a surgery to everyone

The Hygienist, Lesley, did an excellent job removing the cemented plaque which my ordinary toothbrush had missed over the years. This was only occasionally mildly uncomfortable, despite my sensitive gums, and the final polish left no rough bits to irritate my tongue. She also coached me with my new (first) electric toothbrush, giving me confidence in using it.

I was introduced to Nakul after having a composite bonding on my front tooth for nearly 20 years. Despite one replacement, I remained unsatisfied until I was recommended to consult Nakul. From the beginning, Nakul attentively listened to my concerns and desires regarding my front tooth. We had an in-depth discussion about what bothered me and what outcome I hoped to achieve. Nakul provided detailed and reassuring explanations about the treatment process, timeline, and expected results. His thoroughness quickly convinced me to proceed with the initial planning stages. It was evident that Nakul took great pride in his work. His care, attention to detail, and reassurance instilled complete confidence in me. We decided to renew the composite bonding after whitening the old, root canal-treated tooth that had turned black and was going to take some time to work with. Nakul explained each stage of the process clearly and scheduled appointments around both our calendars. The payment plan was also clearly outlined and arranged. Now that the treatment is complete, I couldn't be happier with the results. Nakul's goal of restoring confidence in my smile has been surpassed in numerous ways. His meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship in creating natural-looking teeth is exceptional. I have already convinced my husband to consult Nakul, as the transformation has been remarkable. His dedication and care throughout the entire process are deserving of the highest praise and recognition. I wholeheartedly recommend Nakul.

Very efficient and friendly reception. Mr Patel ,who worked on my implants ,was very proffesional at all times, putting me at ease and talking me through every step of each procedure carefully and patiently .It has taken almost a year but I never really dreaded my visits as I felt in safe hands throughout. Nakal Pippa and Amy are all lovely thoughtful practitioners at high street dentist . They are caring and do what they say. Nakal has spent alot of time energy and hard work to complete my composite bonding. He very skillfully gave me a beautiful smile, always open to change for the necessary tweeks. Lesley has transformed my teeth. Her calm and caring manner and painless and skilful procedures have given me a new smile. I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough. Everyone should have hygienist treatment much more regularly to prevent other more costly and painlful treatment

Zoom Whitening A big thank you to Amy for making the treatment so easy. The whitening was done in a relaxed atmosphere with comprehensive instructions on continuing the process at home. I am so pleased with the results. I have no hesitation in recommending the practice and Amy.

I finished my Invisalign treatment a year ago. I have had orthodontic treatment in the past, which at fist I was pleased with. However, as time went on, I noticed my face shape had changed. As my teeth had been pulled back my chin looked smaller and my nose bigger. My teeth were ‘orthodontically’ correct but my aesthetics had changed. I had my treatment for cosmetic reasons and areas of my face I had been happy with were no longer the same. I searched far and wide explaining my concerns to dental practitioners but no one quite understood me. Then I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Andy and Donna. They truly listened to my needs. They looked at my face structure as a whole and took on board everything I said. I knew they were the right team for me immediately. I didn’t feel anxious once, every single step was explained in detail before it was undertaken. Andy and his team exude warmth and compassion with the most incredible bedside manner. I work in the Beauty and Aesethics industry and know how paramount good service is and yet it so often lacks. Not with Andy and his team. They worked with me to find the perfect solution and supported me every step of the way. I finished my treatment overwhelmed with the incredible results but sad for it be over. I loved every moment with them- who can say that about a dental appointment. From the moment I finished my treatment until now a year on, I look in the mirror and truly feel I have the most beautiful smile I could have. My face structure has filled back out to how I looked before and I feel fabulous. Thankyou so much for creating the perfect treatment, resulting in my perfect smile. Today I finished my invisalign treatment. It was a long process but the results are worth it! It has taken just over a year but my teeth look amazing compared to a year ago. You do have to be determined and stick with it. I had no pain just mild discomfort in the early days when changing to a new set. Andy Toy and Donna were encouraging and supportive throughout the process.

Amy is a fantastic hygienist, my teeth feel so clean after my appointments with her. I’m not anxious but I imagine that her warm and friendly nature would put even the most anxious at ease. All the staff are very kind and helpful. I have been seeing Mr Archer for a number of years now (and would never change even when I moved away I would travel back to Melton for the dentist). Fantastic service. I find the monthly plan works really well for me.
