Would highly recommend for bespoke jewellery. Forget the fancy looking shops, that feed you off the shelf over priced products. These guys will create you exactly what you are looking for. I dealt with Eddie, and he was spot on. Talked me through every step and was very knowledgeable and honest. They resourced multiple diamonds with slight variations within the primamiters I wanted. I could then view and select the diamond in person. They helped create and advise me on a unique and bespoke ring setting/design. This was then printed of in a wax model to visualise in my own hand. The final product was ready two weeks after final design confirmation. It was exactly what I had asked for and was perfect. Whatever your design, price, or timeframe, they can accommodate. Highly highly recommend, honest and reasonable hatton garden jewelers.

Ed was recommended to me by a friend when I mentioned getting an engagement ring made for my fiancé. I do not have much knowledge on fine jewellery, but he put me completely at ease and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process, from picking the perfect diamond and band. Ed is a real expert in this field, and he honestly couldn't have been more helpful. My fiancé absolutely loves her ring and we cannot wait to get our wedding rings made here.

I hardly ever post reviews. However, I felt the service and product I received from Sam at HG Watches warranted some effort on my part. I was initially cautious about purchasing online/ via the post, but reading other buyers’ great reviews, it gave me some confidence , so I went ahead and expressed interest in an automatic Tag Heuer Monaco I’d seen listed. The communications, information and service has been exemplary, with info and help offered throughout the transaction. I wasn’t happy with the strap originally fitted to the watch I liked, so Sam contacted the manufacturer and sourced the exact original strap I wanted. When the watch arrived by special delivery (like clockwork), I found it was absolutely immaculate- not a single mark and with the brand new strap, it looks like a completely new watch. Can’t recommend HG Watches highly enough and I look forward to further purchases in future. Many thanks!

Got my wife’s engagement ring cleaned just before the wedding, little pricey (£60). Seemed like it got cleaned at another store or a partner store as there’s a few with same/similar names. Was a good job and would recommend if needed done. Just think price is a little inflated due to location.

Having been to one of the fancier shops on Hatton Garden when shopping for an engagement ring, I was recommended to visit Eddie at HG and the experience was far superior and I would highly recommend.
