Pretty cool cats that work at the greenwood 135 location. This is my go-to when I rent cars always hertz. Always this location. These cats are pretty awesome and their kind and patient. They're always busy too. But they get you going and out of there quick. They now take videos of the vehicle before you leave and they said that new policy to help customer. Awesome. Go hertz. I am a hertz member/renter for life. Thanks guys. Alot of time you have saved me because. I am always in a hurry. Lol.

Booked a vehicle and reserved with a credit card online in advance. Two separate bookings in a month and both times when I showed up they did not have the vehicle I booked. First time I was given the option to take a lesser option for the same cost and told I could cancel the reservation if I didn’t want the lesser option. This of course would leave me with no vehicle. Second time I was told they had no vehicles available when I showed up. Was asked to come back the next day. I cannot recall a worse experience as a customer. Will not be using this location and would strongly warn others to choose elsewhere. Called their customer service number and found them to be equally unhelpful. They did find me a rental but I had to Uber at my expense to the airport to pick up. I am sure they will give an AI apology and tell everyone they are working to improve. It was obvious they did not care and will most likely never care about customers looking to rent a vehicle.

I rented a car in app with a return date of a Saturday. When I go to get it I was told is they are closed Saturdays so they wanted to charge me for 2 more days. Management calls supervisor on the phone and the best they can do is allow me to return to the car to the airport on Saturday but won't agree to waive the fee.

The person at the desk sucks at his job. He didn’t clarify that they were not open on the weekend & that I would be overcharged for a rental due to that. And when confronted, he snapped attitude. I do not recommend this place.

Rented a car for return on saturday with a rate locked for 530 return. I was told when i recieved the car they close at 4 so i needed to return it then. I returned the car at 3 to see that they closed at noon. I was charged for sunday as they were closed and did not not check the car in until Mon am. I called to discuss with the staff and was told they would look into it and call me back. Nobosy did. I called back sevefal times during normal hours but no answer. Do not do business with this location. Horrible cuatomer service and deceptive practices and fraud.

I would like to give NO STARS-- The Greenwood - South State Road 135 Greenwood, Indiana, 46142 location is the worse. I will be telling everyone I know not to bother going there. This use to be a good place to rent-- no way ever going back there. Their district manager was there the day we rented and was talking to the Manager who checked us in. The Manager refused our licenses and our triple AAA cards. The Manager would not look at my insurance card and did not take any of the information. He just gave us the keys to the car and had us sign. Did not walk us around the car. We were so taken aback- we didn't realize that he had totally added multiple things to our bill. As soon as we realized this, we called them. (Within the day) The Manager assured us it would be taken care on the return. We returned the car, and they did not take care of any of the issues. They said the Manager was no longer with the company. As a senior citizen it was beyond alarming to be treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. If you want a horrible customer service experience, a rental car charged twice what you booked, then go with Hertz. As for me I am going back to Enterprise -- they honor their words!

This location is a joke. Zero communication skills and customer service. I arrived for a rental booking at 8AM and sat outside for 20 mins to find out the branch manager is out today. Some random guy shows up and said he’s filling in and claimed they aren’t opening until 9 today. Cancelled my booking. Never booking with this location again.

I made a reservation for a car and these cartoon characters have a website filled with cars available only thing is that website is absolutely inaccurate so maybe you'll reserve the car and maybe you won't. I'll be filing a complaint against this branch manager and their incompetence. Absolutely unprofessional.

This place is a joke. Rented a car last month so that I would have it ahead of time. Spoke to someone on the phone and online research said I could pay with my visa debit as long as I held it with my cc. and when I went to get my car this morning they wouldn’t let me rent it. Old man behind the counter then proceeded to say I could if I paid a 500 deposit then when I agreed said nvm he couldn’t and then called his manager and instead of trying to work with me he was rude . Do not recommend
