Don't go here for rent .i've been reserved a car for two weeks ago. I got my reservation number everything. But when i went there i get surprised that there is no car available. Wasting your time and your money.
Not professional staff.
Did so many errors during picking up the car.
Issues with payment.
Last min washing and cleaning the vehicle before assigning it to me.
Not renting again from this location.
worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. girl behind the desk was rude, put my reservation in 6 hours in advance, was told they didn't have a car for me because they were sold out. I had rented my car from Friday till monday, unfortunately because they wanted to charge the guy before me credit card for $4,000, they just let him keep the rental car till Monday that he was renting, essentially charging him extra days for him having the car, while telling me I get nothing. I wouldn't ever rent a car from this place ever. I would rather walk than have to deal with such poor service. I could give them negative five stars I would
We paid in advance for the "managers special." When we got there, they tried to give us an electric car. My husband explained that where we were going and due to the lack of infrastructure for electric cars as of yet in the U.S. that this will not work. He told him that there were no other cars available. Our first and last time at Hertz!
Stay very very far away from this place! The service is absolutely horrible, and the communication, don’t even get me started.
They confirm your reservation hours in advance and then literally 2 minutes before your pickup time, they send you a text saying they canceled your reservation because they overbooked.
48 hours before I was to pick up my car. My rental was canceled because the size car I rented would not be available on that day. I was at the office within 10 minutes to figure out what was going on. Brad Gossett the manager said no worries, use my confirmation number anywhere at any hertz for the same rate. So I went to the Airport. The ladies there proceeded to tell me that everything thing that BRAD said wasn’t true and that he had outright canceled my reservation. Now I was on my own to find another vehicle for my trip at double or triple the prices. This is bad business BRAD GOSSETT! GREENWOOD HERTZ will not pick up the phone and the 1800 numbers give you the run around! I’m not done with this!!!!!
I rented a vehicle almost a month in advance. I was sent emails and texts stating the reservation was confirmed all the way until the day before. When I went to pick up the SUV I was told it was not here and that the guy messaged me the day before telling me it wasn't. He showed me where he messaged the wrong number and laughed because it must have been funny to him. After him calling multiple places he finally found a mini-van an hour away. So after driving down and burning up 2 hours of my time I am now finally taken care of at Columbus Hertz where they did great.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would glad uber is not my only job cause this place does uber Rentals. I'm not sure if it was because I was minority because of my unprofessional treatment but I will say it wasn't how I was treated under the diverse management that was working previously. The guy didn't register my uber which means I have to return 50 minutes away to do it all over again not able to work after paying 600 dollars and I'm the first and only customer as soon as they open and as I see them washing all the tesla vehicles I ask him are u going to wash mines ofcourse he says no...smh sad story...
DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT. Hertz only accepts credit cards, we booked online with a debit card and they were more than happy to withdraw our money. We get to Hertz and there are very limited amount of cars available and had to get a vehicle we didn't really want.
Gave a 2 star instead of 1 because the man at the front desk was helpful and friendly.
