Exceptional! This is an amazing dental office. Professional, friendly, exceptionally good dentists, and the dental work was excellent. They fit us in at the last minute and didn’t charge extra for it. Exceptionally clean, very fairly priced and great follow through. I highly recommend you use this company!!!

Отличная клиника !! Очень важно для не венгров - для любого (!!!!!) клиента, не говорящего на венгерском, сопровождающий, на родном для посетителя языке, будет все время при каждом посещении. Не говоря уже про английский, слышал французский, немецкий, русский, какие-то азиатские языки ( не различаю, думаю китайский/корейский ), вроде бы иврит и арабский. Меня это восхитило. Еще важно - перед лечением сам выбираешь из всех возможных вариантов стоимости материалов ( протезирование ). Весь сервис на высшем уровне - очень комфортно !! И, каждое посещение, вижу новые «диковинные» аппараты ( не специалист, но все время что-то новое ). Квалификацию докторов можно оценить по отсутствию любых жалоб после очередного лечения. Не только про себя, а и про всех приятелей, которых туда отправил. Рекомендую, цены, кстати, очень «божеские», ниже, чем в любых частных европейских клиниках, где приходилось бывать. Рекомендую.

Best dentist in Budapest. Upfront and honest about everything and they did a great job for me while keeping me comfortable.

My partner and I traveled from the UK to visit the clinic for treatment. The service and care was excellent from the moment we stepped into the reception. Everyone spoke brilliant English, which is important when you are wanting clear information about your results treatments and plan. The plan was presented in a very professional manner and emailed across for reference. Thanks to all!

I had a free consultation last week. Everyone from the receptionist to the support staff to the dentist were friendly, helpful and spoke English. I will need to do a tooth extraction (this week) followed by an implant (in four months) and then a crown placed on the implant (in three months following the implant). Stephan went over my options for implant and crown choices thoroughly and answered all my questions. I will update this review following each of those appointments. Overall, I have been very satisfied with their service. Update: July 2024. I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Balazs Bendes. He was great, the procedure was very well done, and it is healing nicely. I also had a nightguard and gnathological splint done by Dr. Daria Pokusaeva. She did a wonderful job. Especially with the splint, I have found it not as common for dentists in other countries to create these types of devices or not do them well, so I am really grateful to find amazing dentists with top technologies. I will update this review again in late October or early November when I have my implant done. Overall, still very satisfied and would highly recommend this clinic.

Really friendly and efficient, competitive price. The staff were all wonderful. The location is great, right in the heart of the wonderful city of Budapest. I have no plans to knock any other teeth out but if I do I'll be happy to come back. Careful about hotel bookings, by default they will book you into the attached 'Revally' hotel, which is nice, but there are cheaper options nearby.

The dentists and hygienists here are super experienced and empathetic. They try to make me as comfortable as possible, from accommodating my locking jaw to both avoiding or providing anaesthetic when appropriate instead of doing a one-size fits all treatment. They have all specialists and modern technology under one roof, provide a detailed treatment plan and medication after procedures, and the customer service is also excellent. For visitors from abroad, the clinic is located inside a hotel which is convenient to stay in. The multiple coordinators who arrange your appointments, answer questions, explain your treatment etc. are also really helpful.

L’accueil est très sympathique avec des interprètes dans la plupart des langues. Les cabinets sont top et le personnel soignant très compétent. J‘y reviens chaque année.

Dental tourism to Budapest at the Helvetic Clinic It's not really tourism - because getting to Budapest is very convenient either by train or plane. The service is perfect. Starting with the reservation and the consultation, everything is very professional. The advantage of the Helvetic Clinic is the time frame - all treatments can be completed within a short time. After the healing time has elapsed, detailed plans for the next steps are defined. The doctors treating me, Dr. Balazs and Dr. Zoltan, were both empathetic and very professional. To summarize: Very good service

Évek óta járok erre a fogorvosi klinikára, és nem tudok elég jót mondani róluk. A fogaimat ők hozták rendbe, és azóta minden évben visszatérek egy ellenőrzésre, mert mindig tökéletes állapotban vannak. Különösen szeretném kiemelni Bendes doktor urat, aki fantasztikus szakember. Neki köszönhetem, hogy már nem félek fogorvoshoz menni. Mindig kedves, megnyugtató és nagyon alapos a munkájában. A recepciósok is csodálatosak. Kompetensek, kedvesek és minden problémát gyorsan és hatékonyan megoldanak. Összességében egy kiváló csapat dolgozik itt, akiket szívből ajánlok mindenkinek!
