I ordered a dress for my daughter, but as soon as I clicked the order button, I realised I ordered the wrong size. I immediately emailed support (within 1 minute) with the order number and a request to change the size. All emails have gone unanswered. Absolutely no response or acknowledgment (except the automated support email). I called the phone number, but that just has a message to email them. Their return policy is terrible, no free returns and only store credit. Don't bother with this company, there are a lot better Australian companies out there, that have much better customer service. I will say that the postage is really fast! With that said, ensure you double and triple check your order, because if you make a mistake you won't be able to get it fixed easily.

I wore this on my hens, and I was on a boat so worried when I had to go to the toilet and thought I would have to take the whole thing off, I DID NOT, I could just take the bottom part down like pants. I got so many compliments, it was so comfy and the girlies looked great in it too. SOOO COMFTY 10/10, I told all the girls I was going to leave a review so I’m holding my promise !!! You guys are genius for creating such a beautiful product !!!!
