I have been with Hear Again Clinic since they opened in the Plaza Whangaparaoa. Nothing is too much trouble they always listen and solve my problem. Steve is wonderful and listens to your issue you have and promptly puts it right. I went up today as my arthritic hands can't push hard enough to change the covers, Kim and Kali were right on to it. Kim changed them and I explained that I wasn't hearing the same since I had my aids repaired. Kali was right on to it and Steve had them going again like they used to in no time. How's that for a great team. Until you lose your hearing people don't quite understand how much it changes your life so don't ignore it when you can't quite hear what others are saying go and do something about it. I highly recommend the Team at Hearing Again.

Great friendly and knowledgeable team at hornby. Very patient and guided me through the process of applying, choosing and the fitting of hearing aids. I had a little accident where i had a cotton bud stuck in my ear and i was freaking out. The team there was able to squeeze me in to an appointment to get it out on the same day. Service was great and everyone was super friendly there. Highly recommended!

I got my hearing aids from Neil almost a year ago and today I have been for a final check up, having had absolutely no problems from day 1. Like many people I was reluctant to have them, thinking it would mean I was an old lady but the whole experience has made such a difference to my life. Neil’s positive attitude and great encouragement has been responsible for this. Not only Neil but all the staff are warm and affirming. I have never ever had service, attention to detail and genuine care shown about the end result as I've had from Hear Again in Hornby. Ive worn aids since I was 53, now 67 and Ive had great service before - this has been outstanding. Had several thousand knocked off the price of aid first prescribed by another hearing organisation and after attention and adjustment to my specific need, my new aids work extremely well - with much room for adjustment into the future. When I first arrived Neil established the level my hearing was at currently within specific situations and established an absolute minimum those levels needed to increase to, to lower stress levels, increase functionality and bring inclusion and connection into my world. From a walk through the busy mall, to phone work, to visits to my place of work to establish how the aid worked in real terms, what required a tweak - was it clarity, was it volume? Details never covered by any audiologist previously. I can testify those mimimum levels mentioned above were blown out of the water reaching the best possible score. Neil is an absolute professional with a passion for positively effecting his patients with his knowledge and skill - to restore a life from the huge loss that hearing disability creates. A real and caring environment. Hear Again 100%.

very professional and very kind. explained everything. I am extremely happy with the result..can hear without turning the TV up-to about 33 back down to 19. much easier. the staff are lovely as well. very welcoming. l enjoyed my visit.
