Very good products and a customer service. The wrong item was delivered, so I contacted the customer service. Very fast reply came with apologies. They offered me to keep an item and the right one to send for free. Highly recommend, best customer support experience ever!

I made 3 separated orders on their web site. Two of them was delivered according to shipping policy (5 working days by Royalmail). And one was missed. I had tried to contact with support to require the state of order and what happened to it. There were a few misunderstandings with postcode, so that is why the package was delivered today with a delay more than 2 weeks. Meanwhile, I've contacted customer service, they proposed to me a refund or replacement of my order. What was responsible from their side and important for me as a client.
