No aconsejo la compra desde España porque cargan muchos importes de tasas, casi la mitad de un pedido, es inviable. Y luego, una vez que devuelves los productos al llevarte la sorpresa de lo que hay que abonar si quieres recogerlo en correos, te encuentras con que pueden pasar dos meses hasta que te devuelve la empresa el importe, yo llevo esperando dos meses a que me devuelvan el importe y hace dos meses que el pedido fue reenviado, hace un mes que solicité la devolución, y todavía esperando... De momento, muy complicado comprar desde España ahora mismo y por parte de la empresa, hace falta mayor compromiso y formalidad.

Chris and the team are really helpful when it comes to finding the right products.
Fab customer service when it comes to speaking to the guys on the phone, no issues and always get through. Site is easy to use and navigate. I’ve purchased vitamins for hair skin and nails a few times now and they arrive on time and as described.

Lack of customer service, clearly don’t understand how to respond to a customer. Just blame COVID 😂 really not sure how that affects customer service but hey ho just milk the COVID card. Surprised this company is still going if it’s left to Sam he will just refund everyone & they can get there items else where. Joke of a company.

They lie bad customer service and the take your money and don't give your products and lie saying they did another thing you have to wait a very long time for them because most of the products on the site they don't have they just put them up so another lie and they don't try helping you at all

waited for about 10 mins in the que as of everyone else, to be told there closing, yes i get they close at 1 for an hour but it want even 1 oclock and they closed, should of served us before they closed
