Steve and his team do an amazing job!! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and great communicators. I worked with Steve on my brother’s headstone over a few years. There were delays due to covid/travel restrictions but Steve took it all in his stride; and went above and beyond for our family. Living in Australia meant that I was unable to see the headstone until the unveiling, but I was constantly kept up to date with emails, calls, text messages and photographs. The headstone turned out beautiful! Even better than expected. Can’t thank you enough Steve…may God bless you and your family always.

Lovely fellow extremely helpful and knowledgeable I wish I’d gone with Monumental Headstones and Plaques and am sorry now that I didn’t use Steven in the end as I went somewhere closer and ended up disappointed waiting 7 months for an inferior result. I would recommend this guy to anyone else.

I can't speak highly enough of the service rendered by Steven and his team to our family during the process of enquiring and acquiring of the two headstones for our loved ones. First, they are professional in every sense of the word, they are flexible, as we had to postpone our unveiling several times due to travel restrictions of our families from overseas. When installed, it was immaculate, and even better, they provided alternatives that we can manage as a family, in both quality and cost. One happy family.

Deeply disappointed in my experience with Steven. ill informed as to how long it would take to get my uncles plaque made up, after numerous text,email and phone calls over the week not once did he tell me it was going to take 4 weeks. Paid $500 months ago, he only sent a draft of what was to be printed and only offered $250 refund. Managed to squeeze $300 refund out of him. Will never deal with this company again, do not recommend

I'm sorry you are disappointed Donna, but I don't think you are being very fair. The deposit "months ago" was a small deposit against a headstone, and a plaque. You subsequently cancelled the headstone but said you would keep paying towards the plaque which you did with several smaller payments. No request for design nor wording was given until this week (Monday) and a design was created and supplied by me yesterday (Thursday) - which was when you first mentioned that you needed the plaque today - the very next day!. I informed you immediately that this would not be possible and offered to make a small granite plaque today for you instead, but neither of the two sizes I had readily available were acceptable to you. As you know I also made up a layout to try to fit your wording onto the smallest granite plaque, but you decided that was not a suitable size. Under our standard terms and conditions the deposit was not actually refundable (which is industry standard by the way), however I initially offered to refund half regardless, and when you asked for more, I offered the $300.00 refund, which you accepted, and kept the remaining $200.00 against time expended in admin and design - which I thought was fair. And I then asked you for bank details and refunded immediately.
