I called Hawn about a problem with two of my bedrooms NOT receiving heat/ac. The person I spoke with suggested that my duct dampers might need replacing. She suggested that I book a furnace cleaning to save money on the service cost. I had to wait three months for this appointment. The service person looked at my duct work and shared that he, "really doesn't know very much about problem-solving duct work issues"....he assured me that, "I will speak with my supervisor and Hawn will get back to you as to what the issue might be". I was charged $335 and received no bill/receipt. After being asked for a bill/receipt, the service person told me..."K... is not in the office and it might be a week or more before you receive a receipt". I called Hawn the next day and asked the person who answered the phone for the bill/receipt. The person knew nothing about my situation...however, sent me a bill in my email (no paid in full receipt though). I shared that I was waiting for an answer to my hvac issue and the person reassured me that he would get back to me. After several days, I have not heard from the company and will not call them again as they are completely unreliable in that they sent a service-person who knew nothing about the problem I called about; moreover, I was charged almost $200 for this person to tell me he was not able to help me. In my humble opinion, this company preys on customers.
