If all property management companies were as thorough and easy to work with as HAVEN... ah. It would be a dream come true. Joshua and his team are top notch. I have worked with Josh, I have been a guest at a property he manages, and I have observed his client acquisition/communication process from the sidelines. As a property owner, you will be in very competent hands with HAVEN. Josh will be accessible to handle last minute, minor issues for your fussy guests- even if he’s out with his own young family. He will be available to sort out your scheduling/invoicing/stupid question concerns if you are lucky enough to work with him. Though I sometimes wonder how one small company can do so much, and so well, I can attest to HAVEN’s excellent reputation and am grateful to know such good people.

Josh at HAVEN Property Management is amazing. My family was ready to transition away from a different property manager and we contacted Josh to set up an appointment. He was on time and did a great job with communication so we decided to hire him as a consultant to help us prepare to manage our own property. He was fabulous. We worked together on creating the listing, he did very detailed videos of each room on the property to help us get organized and prepared. Josh guided us on what to buy and how to set up the space. He gave recommendations for cleaning and how to prepare for a guest. Josh also did very detailed video tutorials about our property as he did walk through to help develop an improvement plan. After the site and the property was ready he helped us navigate the Airbnb site with both a tutorial video and a phone call. We were so impressed that he was always willing to trouble shoot problems or just talk through ideas. Our family highly recommends Josh.

He’s all about making those photos perfect because he genuinely cares for his clients. Josh Cates isn't just great at what he does; he's a fantastic guy too.
