Absolutely fine. Designer Molly knew what she was talking about. No hard sell / we got what we wanted. James, Johnny and Tomasz(?) - King of the Cladding, - worked hard, tidily and professionally and did a beautiful job. One small gripe - the team were finishing another job and we got an email to say that they would be coming a day later between 10 and 11. No problem. We waited until 12 on the day to phone asking where they were. we were phoned back to say at 1 they would be 45 minutes. No big deal here, but we lost a morning and a proactive phone call from ''Mission Control' could have put back our morning. The difficult stuff was done beautifully / the easy stuff (customer handling), otherwise first class was marred slightly by this one little point. But 5 Stars no problem.

The fitters worked to a high level - fitting a lovely new front door and kitchen window. They carried out the work quickly and efficiently - cleaned up after themselves and left it all looking really nice. Thank you HAUS

I'm a returning customer. Molly, Jay and Darren you have been fabulous, and the surveyor was great too. After leaving a review with only 4 stars previously, it's thanks to Tom the service engineer for being so efficient and reliable, putting right a few issues that we encountered during our previous installation that we came back for more! Jay and Darren were polite, friendly, tidy and professional whilst installing this time, nothing was too much trouble, we couldn't have asked for anything better, our windows look great, Thank you. Keep being you Haus so that I can keep recommending you!

Haus and there team are so professional and brilliant. Twice they have completed work on my house (soffits and a rear door) and the work has been impeccable. Honestly, you want any work completed on your house, these are the guys you want. Good prices and hard working staff.

Our installation team was Jay and Lewis.very considerate to our home and expert installation,,finished by clearing all rubbish ,vacuumed the floor and polished the windows..

Had lots of work done to our property with Haus. All I can say is the salesman Jase, amazing, the products themselves amazing, fitters, terrible. Nothing but issues hence the review.
Had all our windows fitted with Haus and noticed to motor above one of the windows was lose and ultimately fell away, on inspection it turns out the the void between the window and brick has been filled with scrunched up tissue or the thinnest bit of mortar put over the top. (Have pictures to prove, not sure how to upload here).
Had to rectify myself as I have lost trust with Haus with is a real shame as it is a fantastic company the fitters just let it down. Really shame

We are sorry to learn of your disatisfaction to some of the fitting. You have told us about a few small issues in the past and we have always been out and rectified them for you.
Your windows have been in a few years now so its difficult to look into proeprly. The mortar coming out is a new issue to us, we've never seen it before, and the team who installed your windows are no longer with us so we cant look into it further. That said, if it doesn't meet our standards it would be covered under our 10 year guarantee. We do have excellent after service and we would always put right any issues when given the chance.

Found this company following a long search as my job was more complex than standard.
I found the company very adaptable and they tried to meet my requirements.
Unfortunately this after placing the order fell through, (which was not the fault of Haus installations), Tom went above and beyond to find a suitable alternative.
This was then agreed and i had my new door fitted several weeks later.
Due to the complex nature of my job, a few hick-ups was encountered on the day and all parties worked to a suitable resolution.
Extremely happy with the workmanship and for the professionalism

Customer Service at it's best 👌🏽 . Thank you Haus Installations for installing our beautiful Composite door. The sales experience was smooth, the designer was very patient and professional. It is a bespoke service and you do feel that you are getting what you paid for. The door looks really well made, the hardware is definitely robust and you get a 10year warranty for your peace of mind. Thank you Haus, we will definitely use your services again without hesitation.

Hi Mike - We understand that you requested a quotation from us, and we can also see from our system that a call was attempted on the afternoon that you enquired, and a futher attempt was made a few days later. Both were met with a "user busy" message. We are a non pressure company and feel that 2 attempts within a few days is more than adequate for this type of business. We are open and available to call 9 to 5 - Monday to Friday and now availble Saturdays and bank holidays 9 to 2 for anything urgent.
