Outstanding, professional service by the optician, Paz Bhudia, and his team. I took my mother to investigate her complaint of blurred vision. Mr Bhudia saw her at short notice, tested her eye and provided a diagnosis with a referral for further treatment. He took the time to carefully explain the process and the diagnosis. As a result, he earned our trust and gratitude.

I and my whole family have been client of Parant for over 9years now and the care and service is second to none .he is extremely professional , passionate and knowledgeable and explains everything very patiently and easy to understand for both adults and kids . As a health care provider myself I can say he is the one you want to go to if you want eye check up and whatever required. I’ve been going to Hatch End Eye Care for 10 years and every experience has been excellent. The optician is thorough and a great listener. It’s like seeing a best friend who I can trust. He is great with kids too.
All the staff are friendly and so welcoming. Apart from the fact that we like to support a local family run business we are consistently impressed with the attention to detail and time taken to explain the health of our eyes. Also the staff spend time helping you choose frames and you never feel pressurised to hurry up or spend more money.

Having been to many opticians after moving out of hatch end (and before), I can say that the team here are the best, the prescription was spot of first time (often not the case for me) and the frame selection was great. You may pay extra for the lenses but if you then move to cheap lenses you “see” the difference. 5/5 if you want the best.
