Hi Cheryle, this is how 99% of resume writing companies in Australia operate.
It makes more sense to have contact via phone and email as we keep in contact with you during the writing process,(over the course of 3 days) to ensure everything is perfected.
If we had a face to face meeting we would be forced to cram everything into a 1 or 2 hour session which is not a great idea.
I think it is unfair of you to review us 1 star considering you have never used our services. It is very damaging for a small business and doesn’t reflect the service we provide. For this reason I politely ask that you remove this from our listing.
We would be more than happy to work with you on your new resume and show you how effective our services are.

Harmont have done a great job on my resume and cover letter.
