Hardakers were superb when undertaking our house move and we cannot praise them enough.They were polite and very efficient and nothing was to much trouble for them, along with the back up of the office staff.Basically thanks to all involved at Hardakers.

Unbelievable service. Stress free from start to finish thanks to Dale, Steve and Ian. I highly recommend this company to move you. We have a lot of items and furniture and they made sure that when they unloaded, they did it in a way which made it easier to unpack. Highly recommended!

Hardakers did a fantastic job today. Started in the rain, protection down for my carpets and stairs. Shaun and Alfie great team work and Sam joined for the heavy big furniture. All friendly and couldn't do enough to help. 2 x vans packed unbelievable quickly and carefully. Sam has been amazing, regularly updating re moving dates. Nothing is too much trouble. Same with Jackie. Ringing regularly nothing but helpful every time, even when he is at home. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks Sam, Shaun, Alfie and Jackie you made moving stress free. Sandra

We had a stressful build up to our move, but Jacqui was so reassuring and helpful. We moved on the hottest day of the year so far. Shane, Steve and Glen were fantastic, calm, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Later two more lads came to help out, they were great too. Can highly recommend Hardakers for a smooth move.

Excellent service, all the way from initial contact to removal day. Very friendly and helpful team who accommodated everything. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What a fantastic service and what a great set of lads. Shane, Glen, Josh and Alfie could not have been more helpful and made the whole experience not only go smoothly but actually made it enjoyable too. They were helpful, polite, respectful and very very hardworking but all with a smile on their faces and many a kind word on what can be an otherwise stressful day. If these lads are typical ambassadors for Hardakers I would recommend the company to anyone. The company should be proud of them. They are real assets to the company. Thanks guys. We cannot praise Hardakers highly enough. Sorry, we didn’t get all their names but the guys worked like Trojans to get us moved in. The day of the move was a nightmare as we didn’t get the keys to our new home until just before 5.00 pm (after being told it would be around 1.00). Hardakers arranged to have extra men to help so there were six of them and they managed to get three vans emptied by 6.30. They were efficient and very respectful of our possessions, and every one of them was cheerful throughout, despite the fact that they must have been longing to get finished. Thanks to everyone for a job well done!

The move was a 2 day move out of the area. It immediately became apparent that Hardakers had completely underestimated the size of the move and on the first day they had to send out for additional boxes. On the second day they sent additional crew members. The crew were struggling to pack many items and tried to squeeze items into any visible gaps. They also removed some packing materials to make items smaller. The removal vans were then unpacked and repacked several times as the crew attempted in vain to pack all our furniture and possessions. The packing was not completed by the house sale completion time. I had to contact our purchasers and ask them to delay arriving to what was by then their home. Eventually I was informed by the crew that they could not pack all our items and that they had no more vehicles available. I had to contact our purchasers and ask if we could leave a van load of items behind in their garage. By this time the move was running several hours late, and the removal vans did not arrive at our new home until the evening. I did not watch the unpacking as I made the crew and myself some hot food as we had not eaten all day. Hardakers were aware that my husband’s brother was in intensive care during the move and that I was travelling to Birmingham to join my husband at his brother's bedside as soon as the move was completed. My brother-in-law died two days after our move. The final van load of items was packed at our previous property two days after the move without myself or my husband present. They items were unloaded at our new property again without myself or my husband present. We returned to our new home after the funeral. We immediately began to unpack, discovered the damage and contacted Hardakers the same day. Their response was one of total disbelief, they declined to send anyone to view the damage and stated that “no issues were reported within the 7-day period following delivery. It is therefore regrettable that your claim is time barred and no liability is accepted by the Removal Company for the damages now being claimed for.” Communication was extremely difficult as the MD was managing the company whilst living in Spain and wasn’t even aware of mail sent to the UK office. Emails I received were terse and rude. We made a claim on our insurance which amounted to £5500 of damage to our possessions, our insurers claimed against Hardaker’s insurers as they had failed in their duty of care. It has taken well over three years, but the claim has now been settled and our excess paid. Update: In response to Hardaker's reply. I waited until the insurance claim was settled before placing my review. Once again, Hardakers have accused me of making false allegations despite their insurance company settling the claim. I hope they sue me for libel regarding the allegations they claim are false as I would welcome the opportunity to provide the evidence in a court of law and have witnesses who will support that my statement is true.

A hard working cheerful team who got our house move sorted with no fuss, no scratches, no breakages and no worries, even when the keys to the new house failed to be released on time. Both the moving team and the office team got everything right first time, even fitting in with our ever changing moving date. We would highly recommend Hardakers for your next move. S&T

I can't sing the praises of this bunch of people highly enough. When I was let down a week before moving, Sam didn't hesitate to say they could help (even though it was a Bank Holiday weekend). Glen, Ian and Mike were due at 8.30am - they arrived at 8am and that efficiency set the tone for the day. They were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Off-loading at the new house, everything was put in the right place ready for unpacking later. They even dealt with my premature purchasers and tardy sellers with professionalism and humour. I can't thank them enough for taking away a large part of the stress of the day. If you want to do the same, with a great bunch of people, look no further than Hardakers

Absolutely superb service from start to finish . Sam was so helpful when we started the move . Moving from Hull to N Wales was a big step for us - but they helped to minimise the stress. Emptied the house in 2 hours - the removal men were so polite and friendly . Started out at 4 o'clock in the morning to carry our belongings to Denbigh - arrived at 8.30 to unload everything with real efficiency. Highly recommended

Arrived promptly and set to work immediately. They worked hard and were helpful throughout. This is the second time we’ve used Hardakers and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
