☹The property was infested with big big mosquitoes. Couldn’t use the private pool at all because of the mosquitoes. Couldn’t sleep properly also no room service provided

Amazing rooms, we had a villa. Night gaurds was bit rude, while we were partying in the gallery and it was not 10 yet. Sound was low but all of the sudden gaurd from downstairs (we were at 3rd floor) started yelling and challenged us to show what you can do 😂😂😂. We did lowered the volume and went inside, gone downstairs and management said sorry for their behavior. So to conclude, in case of calling on the landline and warn us to lower the volume or whatever the problem they are facing by ourside, they just started yelling from downstairs. 🫢

We had a very uncomfortable stay .
☺ There was nothing to like about the property
☹ This is the most honest review. The property was very unhygienic. Bedding was smelling. Kitchen was completely broken they said that the previous guest broke it, but I am paying full price. They should have informed me and cancelled the booking. I could have book another property. I didn’t liked their casual attitude towards the booking. I am never going there again.

Used to be good before. But it's pathetic now. The rooms are not maintained at all. The ACs don't work, the rooms are not clean, and the room service takes forever. The wifi they provide is very slow and sometimes doesn't even connect. The prices have shot up and they still don't bother to give even water for free. Used to be my go to place in Goa, but not anymore b
