Chiara and Guido were such wonderful hosts; It was important to them that we felt comfortable. And we did! To get to the apartment on the day of arrival, Guido was personally present and he showed and explained everything to us. The clean apartment was very well equipped (we could have prepared entire meals) Nothing was missing at all!On the contrary: there was a welcome bottle of champagne and cookies; and coffee and water were available free of charge. Thanks to the caring hosts, there is nothing to complain about in this apartment.If we come to Bergamo again, we hope that this apartment will be available for us again.

This is an excellent Airbnb. Guido & Chiara are excellent hosts. Happy home well maintained, well equipped, clean and quiet. While not in the center of the city, it relatively close proximity. Helpful hosts. I’ve never been in an Airbnb where rubbish disposal/ recycling was as clearly explained. We were met and dropped at airport which was greatly appreciated.

We stayed at the Happy Home - Bergamo for our weekend trip to the Italian GP in Monza. From the moment of booking, both Chiara and Guido provided us with great information about check-in procedures, the accomodation in which we were staying, the local area, things to do and details of transport for our journey back and fourth to Monza. This made us feel very prepared for our trip. The hosts offer pick-up and drop-off service from Bergamo airport which was great since it removed the hassle / expense of getting a taxi. It was an added bonus which I’ve not had before from other hosts. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, central and had other thoughtful items such as complementary bottled water, tea & coffee, plug adapters and traditional Italian biscuits. I would definitely recommend Happy Home - Bergamo as a place to stay whilst in the Bergamo area, the hosts are very friendly and do go that extra mile to make sure our needs were taken care of.

Guido and Chiara were excellent hosts who were really generous and thoughtful. They offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport and had made sure the apartment had all of the things needed for a comfortable stay. Guido was really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do in Bergamo. We had a really wonderful stay!

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, local attractions, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The instructions from the host were very clear and extremely helpful. Guido and Chiara were very responsive and always available. The great thing was having the garage to park the car. The only downside to the place was - there was no air conditioner. The host provided us with fans and it helped in very hot days. Other thank that, everything was excellent and we would definitely stay again.

I really recommend this apartment for small or big families. Chiara and Guido were super helpful, they are very friendly, they give all the instructions that you need. They will recommend places for you to go and eat. And even they offered themselves to go and pick you up and drop you off to the airport for free, which it's very nice from their side. Definitely next time we go to Bergamo we will go to their apartment. And I will recommend this to friends and family 😊 Super happy with them!!

We had a very pleasant stay! This place has a very nice atmosphere that makes you feel at home. It's perfect both for a short and a long stay, because it provides great comfort and is really well-equipped. The owners are very attentive, respond quickly to any questions and will give you superb advice on how to explore Bergamo.

Appartamento bello, grande e con garage. Estremamente pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. Internet molto veloce. Molti servizi in zona. Proprietario decisamente pro attivo, attento al dettaglio è disponibile.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l'appartement de Guido et Chiara, arrivée et départ effectué avec les propriétaires . En arrivant, des petites douceurs nous attendaient. Un plans avec tous les activités à fair à Bergame et toutes les explications de l appartement étaient disponible Parfaite communication, Guido et Chiara se sont extrêmement bien occuper de nous tous, toujours à notre disposition pour tous nous avons même été manger tous ensemble et la soirée était parfaite le logement bien placé près du centre ville parking à proximité plus un parking privée et sécuriser. L'appartement est propre, bien décoré est vraiment bien situer le cartier est très calme et sécuriser lappartement avait des smart tv PlayStation et tous les application pour regarder la tv et avec un balcon, top pour les petits déjeuners et profiter de l extérieur . Nous reviendrons c est sur !!! Merci encore Giudo et Chiara des personne au top Je conseil fortement a touts les personne Merci a vous !

We were really lucky and very happy to find Happy Home:) The apartment is spacious and tastefully and comfortably arranged, the kitchen fully equipped with good quality appliances and utensils. A lot of space to put away stuff, hooks for clothes and towels and other functional details. There are so many things provided for the comfort and wellbeing of guests that you cannot name all of them. The hosts have thought of everything one can need. The location is perfect, it is a nice, quiet and safe residential area close to the centre, old town, shopping area and public transport. Chiara and her husband are a really lovely couple with a heart for caring. We had a feeling they would be ready to provide and organise anything we would ask for. They gave us a lift from and to the airport, helped us with planning, gave us a lot of useful tips, showed us fantastic places and cared for us in many other ways. They promised to help us have a 5 star holiday and they really did. Thank you!

The location of the apartment is very convenient-in the city center, located near old town and close to public transportation. The neighborhood is safe. The apartment spacious and clean. There is autonomous heating so one may choose the temperature. The beds are clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi is working very well. Play station and selection of dvd films at guest disposal. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was a selection of teas and a coffee machine at guest disposal. About the hosts: I arrived Bergamo around midnight when all grocery shops were closed. The hosts were so kind that they went shopping and brought some milk, muesli and fresh fruits to the apartment so I can eat something when I arrive. The hosts offered to pick me up from the airport which was extremely helpful because I arrived late with 4years old child. The co-host (Guido) helped me to rent a car when I wanted to go to Milan for sightseeing.The hosts were very helpful and responsive, I was given lots of useful advice
