I recently visited Hangleton Dentistry for a hygienist appointment and polish, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. I have composite bonding on my teeth, including a specific bond on the bottom middle to close a gap. During the cleaning, the hygienist cleared out the composite bond and denied doing so, insisting it was plaque. Despite my assurance that the bond was placed to close the gap, the hygienist claimed there was no evidence of breakage. I explained that all my teeth had composite bonding, so it made no sense to leave a gap in the middle of my lower teeth. The hygienist suggested I return a month later to have the gap filled by the composite bonding dentist. However, when I returned, I was told while in the chair that the dentist could not proceed with applying the composite. I feel like I've been made out to be a liar, which is entirely untrue. It's been over a month and a half with no resolution. The lack of accountability and the poor handling of my situation is unacceptable. I would not recommend Hangleton Dentistry to anyone seeking reliable and professional dental care.

I am absolutely terrified of dentists and also struggle with anxiety and panic, I needed a tooth extraction so I contacted hangleton dental practice for an emergency appointment. I booked on a friday for a sunday and saw Dr Purva for the emergency appointment who was so kind and reassuring and she booked me in for an extraction with Dr Georgis. Dr Georgis was amazing and put me at ease straight away. The extraction was completely pain free and so quick! I couldn't believe it when it was over. I cannot recommend this practice enough, thank you everyone there!

Guys be careful before you pay any advance payment they will scam you and take your money and then they will ask you to pay another time. Very irresponsible organisation ☹️

I highly recommend this dental practice, especially George who was amazing. He saved my gums and teeth. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. 😄

Unfortunately this clinic overcharges and is disrespectful of patients time I went in for an emergency appointment for an infected upper wisdom tooth which was pointing downward (ie the easiest and most simple of the procedures to undergo when taking a wisdom tooth out). I was charged £350 for the removal of the tooth whereas other dental clinics only charge £150 for the exact same procedure (upper wisdom that's come through in the correct position). Please be aware of this if you're shopping around for your surgery. I've actually just realised that the clinic has charged me £70 extra for my tooth removal, even according to their own fees (my tooth extraction was non surgical, see their price list below). When I came in for my check up 2 weeks later they left me waiting in the waiting room for 40 minutes. I was wfh and had taken my lunch break early in order to make the appointment. Go elsewhere, you will get a better service and much better value.

Unfortunately I am a nervous patient at the dentist. But today’s treatment has reassure me that they can numb you so you don’t feel any pain. Brilliant will definitely and highly recommend Nattea and his team. Thanks you so much for your patience and skilled workmanship.

Had to receive emergency treatment for tooth infection..had check in morning and tooth extracted same day..very friendly and efficient

I had a toothache on Saturday and enquired about an emergency appointment on Sunday. I was a new patient with this dentists. My own dentist didn’t offer any weekend appointments. The experience I had at Hangleton Dental was exceptional from enquiry through to the appointment I had on Sunday. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to family and friends.

This dentist has left me feeling exhausted a temporary filling that fell out the next day Desperate to book me in for root canal which I now know I don’t need Being spoken to like I’m silly What was interesting was the wait in the waiting room watching the dentistry staff who are so unfriendly speak about you but not to you and yet again it’s all about £££££

Saw Nat today and he done a fabulous job on my front teeth.. He is so calm, he makes you very relaxed.. Nat checks your ok, all through the treatment.. Would highly recommend.. Especially if you are nervous of the dentist, like I am..

Amazing place really recommend. I’d been badly let down by another dentist and left with an infected impacted wisdom tooth for a month. Called Hangleton dental practice was seen the same day and given antibiotics. They booked me in for an extraction the following day. The staff were all so lovely and professional. Immediately felt at ease there. The extraction went as smoothly as possible was over in 5 minutes no pain and the dentist was fantastic all round. Thank you so much for this experience & for putting me out of my pain finally!

Nat and Kelly were very professional and helped me relax, as I am not the best patient. Hope to see them both again…. But not too soon! 🤣

I've had a great overall experience with them. I've sent a message over their page explaining what my issue was and they've called me within minutes to book a next day appointment. The dental nurse and dentist were both very pleasant to interact with and gave me honest advice as to what were my best options considering I was planning on traveling shortly after the appointment. They were very transparent as to how much each option would cost and explained in detail its pros and cons. I don't often review places, however this place definitely deserves the spotlight.

Very glad to be able to find an emergency dentist when my dentist could not be available. A relief! Such friendly and kind staff and the procedure of wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly and near painlessly. I'm very impressed by the care and professionalism of this dental practice.
