Avoid this home salon. Was there at 11 done at 4 with orange hair. She said I have you on camera and left the hair wrecked. Unprofitable and canceled on Sunday. Go somewhere else..

I appreciate your review and understand your concerns. However, I would like to clarify that I advised against proceeding with the color treatment based on your hair's length and condition. When you chose to leave the service early, I reiterated the likelihood of an orange result if the purple color was removed. My objective is always to ensure my clients receive the best possible results, and I regret that we could not find a resolution together during your visit.
First time with Lorena for partial highlights and cut. She went above and beyond. Results were incredible. Highly recommend and will return.

Lorena corrected my teenage daughter's hair that was turning orange in the highlights and Lorena didn't rush and made her over the moon happy and in love with the outcome.
