Had a great experience with Hail Wise. I went through hell with Progressive. Bobbie helped out so much during this long 4 month process. She put in a lot of effort to make sure Progressive wasn’t screwing me over. I would recommend anyone who has hail damage or any car damage to go to Hail Wise. They will take care of you! Best customer service that I’ve had for a auto shop.

Horrible customer experience in Austin shop
Horrible experience. Cody does not answer messages or calls. Long story short I delivered my Jeep for dent fix and windshield replacement on 9/14, and after tons of unanswered messages and calls Cody told me that I could pick up my Jeep on 11/9. When I got there I noticed that the windshield was not replaced and we agreed to have someone replacing it in the next day and today, 12/5 I still don't have any answers and my windshield is still cracked. I'll check with my insurance what can be done since they were fully paid by them back on September and there is still work to be done and they are not answering me at all. It was a horrible experience. Don't do business with them if you don't want to have unnecessary stress.
My car was battered by a hailstorm in Colorado, a few days later Rick introduced himself to me and set me up with Hailwise. Rick, Bobbie, and Dave were incredible, helping to coordinate the insurance, and going above and beyond with communication, updating me every step of the way. The end result exceeded my expectations, the car looks brand new! I give Hailwise my very highest recommendation, if you car has hail damage, this is the company to work with- great people who care and who do exceptional work!

Amazing Work, Showroom Quality repair
After getting stuck on a Kansas highway in hail storm. I contacted a standard collision repair shop to repair my 2019 Ram 1500. I was told they were going to have to cut the roof off, replace the hood and fenders and then repaint the truck, which would have taken up to 6 weeks. This would have decreased the resale value tremendously. I was contacted by Hailwise in Denver. I decided to have them do the repair after saying it would take 10 to 14 days to repair. I am so happy I chose to go with Hailwise, they returned my truck in 2 weeks and it was in showroom condition. After very careful examination, I have found no visual evidence of the hail damage. There is no reflective distortion in the bright sun light or shade. The lines on the truck a perfectly straight. It is truly amazing how perfect they returned my pride and joy. I highly recommend Denver Hailwise to repair your vehicle. They were professional, detail orientated, and perfectionist. I would give the 10 stars if I could.
I was given amazing service from the owner Cody! The guys did amazing work on my vehicle as well. They went above and beyond my expectations throughout the entire process. Cody took care of everything with insurance and kept me informed of everything along the way. I highly recommend this place if your vehicle needs some dent service!

Exceptional and Quality Service
I had the most positive experience from the second Cody handed me a Hailwise business card. Nothing but professionalism and out of their way courtesy for their clients. They also worked along side my insurance company to ensure a seamless process. The work done on my car was quick and done to perfection. I have made several referrals to HAILWISE with confidence that they will take the best care of my friends and acquaintances with all of their autobody repairs just as they did mine.
