Awful Quality Products Bought a T-Shirt from Gymshark, Logo has started to peel off much sooner than I would have expected for a ‘premium’ product. My other Gymshark stuff has lasted much longer. Customer Services aren’t interested, despite advising them of my legal rights to a resolution under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Safe to say I’ll be continuing to pursue this matter until it’s resolved to my satisfaction. Would encourage others to shop elsewhere. I certainly won’t be buying anything else from them ever again.

I wouldn't give this cowboy company a one but had to to write a review. Do not buy items with this company they are deceiving people and need investigating by trading standards as they are stealing peoples money with not giving refunds by making people go round in circles with their imaginary customer service!! Their clothing quality is very poor as well. So many better clothing gym companies out there . DO NOT SHOP WITH GYMSHARK!!

Terwille refund experience I returned my complete order but they didn't process it the right way so I only got money back for 2 of 3 items. It's impossible to reach them and fix this. Terrible experience!

sent items back in December for an exchange and I have sent numerous emails, but I can't get any information on where my items are, if they shipped, or tracking info. All email replies are in a repeated loop "We're looking into this" "that dept. has not responded to us yet." You can't get an answer it seems so sketchy and they have no phone number.

Received a faulty item where the stitchings are coming off and they won’t replace or issue a refund because they said this is something they consider a fault. This is not the first time but actually the second time this happened. Very bad customer service and I feel very cheated by this company and by the people who work there. It seems they like to sell damage items and they feel that this is ok. Crooks!

Ordered from Gymshark and this will be the last time until they change their delivery company. Only a psychopath would choose Evri. Been waiting for more than two weeks, evri updates their delivery time every single day and it looks like there's no end in sight. At this point it has become a joke..

Scammed By Gymshark 🧵 THREAD: My recent experience *******@Gymshark support has been downright $#*!ty. Here's what happened… 1/ I've been a loyal Gymshark customer for years and have spent thousands. My latest order never arrived—no package, no notice. 2/ When I asked support for help, they accused me of "linked account fraud" (baseless profiling) instead of actually resolving the missing order. 3/ I provided proof that a stranger signed for my delivery, but their "escalation" emails were just the same canned reply over and over—no solution. 4/ They refused to refund or replace my undelivered order, even though I followed every instruction and waited the promised time. 5/ I gave them multiple chances and a clear 48-hour deadline. All I got was silence or more "we're looking into it" messages. 6/ This bait-and-switch is unacceptable. A paying customer deserves better than being accused of fraud and stone-walled. 7/ I've filed a chargeback and will share every screenshot of this fiasco publicly. Gymshark—own your mistakes or lose more customers. If you're thinking of ordering *******@Gymshark, beware: once they've got your money, good luck getting it back or your product delivered.

In London on holiday and went to purchase something from gymshark, they refused to take the size shirt we needed off the manikin to sell it. Said only the manikin team can do that or they’d get in trouble. Thats freaking ridiculous to have a shirt on the manikin in the store where you buy their clothes and you can’t purchase what’s there. Bad call Gymshark! SMH!!!

Don’t be fooled—they’ll find every excuse not to honor it. Most items aren’t eligible for a refund, even when they claim otherwise. On top of that, their products are ridiculously overpriced. Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of other gym retailers out there who actually respect their customers.
