I called Gulf Coast Pest Control for a estimate. I left a message for a call back. A week went by and no call back ,So I called back again left another message for a return call .I still haven't received a call back .Yes I know business are busy but not to have the curtsy to return a call is unacceptable.Your customer service is lacking in returning a phone calls.I called another local pest control company and within 24 hours I recived a call back and had service the same day.

Brad was very professional. He was quick to respond. He serviced our vacation home so he sent pictures with his messages before and after the service. It was such a relief to talk to someone who seemed to care about doing the job right. I would highly recommend Brad and his staff to anyone looking for pest control in the PCB area.

We have been using Gulf for general pest control via perimeter treatments for years. We prefer to keep the chemicals outside the house, and their treatments have been very effective with outdoor barriers. On the rare occasion we had any bugs inside they came right out and took care of it. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend this local company.
