☹ Room is too small, no shower gel, no normal table. Room is arranged in terrible way. No Wi-Fi. Instead of bull inn I would call it bullshit. No reception. Never again...

☹ 1 fork other missing cutlery ...cobwebs all over ...shower pipes n sink pipes to bathroom outside continually poured with water when in use...TV aerial kept coming loose no picture couldn't get Internet to work on phone... sofa very uncomfortable ..needed updating and a good clean .the bed was very comfortable though ...

Given you did not stay at all in the property we feel this review is an inaccurate representation. We issued a full refund once any issues were mentioned - however please note that our cleaners had attended and cleaned thoroughly, sadly not all guests abide by our policies and we do have a strict no smoking policy in our properties - I am sure you are aware of how difficult this can be to remove and we do apologise for the aftermath of this. There is no damp in the property.

With regards to the room sizing, this is a studio apartment and therefore is smaller and this is reflected fairly in the pricing.

Good location and facilities.
☺ Location was perfect and instructions to gain access to the building and the flat itself were accurate. Shower was also excellent.
☹ No comfortable seat in the flat although space was at a premium so I guess it wouldn’t have been practical.

Uncomfortable stay . Definitely not for a family of 4 !
☺ Location of the property was ideal. It is located near the Great Malvern Station, Waitrose and priory park . Malvern hills are also not far. Cafe Nero and B&M are also nearby.
☹ The apartment is on second floor and there is no lift ! The apartment was full of spiders and spider webs ! The floor of the apartment creeks as you move !! The gas chimney don’t work . There is no dryer to dry clothes . The living room has sofa cum bed that can’t fit more than one small child (under 10) only. The property can only fit 2 adults. All the roofs are slanted and very inconvenient.

As this is an older building there is no lift within the building and we do list it as having one. We are glad you enjoyed the location. We will discuss the issues with cleanliness with our cleaning team. We do state in our details and guidebook which appliances are of use. The sofa bed is a double sofa bed and standard size.

We would definitely try and stay there again next time we are in Leominster.
☺ Convenience of property location. Stayed at this property last year for the same reason.
☹ There was nothing we did not like,
but the front bedroom blind was on the floor when we arrived,this same blind was off track last year as the pull cord was not fed through the track it had no cord this time.The bathroom blind cord was also off the track this year with cord not thread through the track.
This was not really a problem for us just a bit awkward when trying to close these same blinds.

The property itself lovely with really good pub with good food and staff
☺ The actual Bull Inn pub staff were brilliant and may me feel welcome rooms comfortable for one or two nights.
☹ The superhog host who arranged verification was awful process I had to pay either £25 non refundable damage up front or pay £5 not refundable for them to approve £250 on credit card in case of any damages. They should include in the room rate dreadful process and won’t book a property again that uses them.

We do clearly state in our policy when booking that a deposit is required and this is for safety reasons. We do not include the rate directly in the price as the deposit is fully refundable subject to no damage being caused.

☺ The bedroom part of the room had nice decor and was nice and clean. The bed was comfy, and the most was made out of the room. The folding away table was a clever space-saving addition.
☹ The shower/bathroom was very cramped. I could use the toilet, brush my teeth, and wash my feet in the shower all at the same time.
Having to hang clothes on what, in reality, is just a wall mounted coat hook.
No iron or board is available, even when asking in the pub.

☺ Clean and modern! Be great for a family, big garden and kitchen.
☹ Was really lovely! Needs a little TLC in the bathroom, grout was a little dirty and possibly a mattress topper for the mattress to make it a little more comfier.
