Tiling on vertical wall Visited to see what work needed to be done re the vertical tiles on front of my house, gave me a quote. Once I paid a deposit they fitted me into their busy schedule. The work took a day. The crew were professional & efficient. I was sent photos of the work as it progressed

Amazing experience I called Gary last week as my roof was leaking badly and had rotted some of my wood paneling. I did ask if it was time for a new roof to which he replied no, which I was amazed at his honesty . he gave me a reasonable price and rushed the work in even though he was busy.. as the water was coming in fast from a massive gash in the felt by the Ariel .. they came out first thing Saturday de mossed the whole thing replacing felt, ridge line and damaged tiles …left everything spotless and even arrange for the Arial to be replaced by another company to stop it damaging the roof again!

Great work the crew were very professional. laying dust sheets in the house . The workers were very polite and no bad language heard while they were working. Respected the property inside and out. Really bad experience with this company. Awful communication and unprofessional vocabulary used. Don't trust their quotes and ask always for details. They came three times and they couldn't complete the works. Job done to a very low standard, after a month everything fell apart. The only advice I can give is, avoid them if you can. I can show messages to show all the failed attempts to get they written done and provide images to show the bad work even if they say that they don't have any job under my name. I have invoices from them.

Emergency roof repairs Absolutely blown away by the fantastic service I received from Gary at GS roofing! He was extremely efficient, polite and helpful. He carried out the job perfectly and even offered guidance on other jobs. Unbelievably impressed with the work carried out by Gary! He was extremely polite, very reliable and carried out the work efficiently and perfectly! Nothing was too much for him and he got straight to work when he arrived. He gave me a detailed explanation of everything he was doing and also advised on work that didn’t need to be carried out yet and what to look for if it does need to be done instead of other roofers coming and quoting thousands for something they claim I needed to fix now when clearly it didn’t! Overall absolutely perfect experience with GS ROOFING will be only using them!

Professional work on chimney Gary responded quickly to our request to cap a chimney. He provided a drone view of what needed to be done and a simultaneous quotation. While fitting the cap he also improved the fit of an existing cap. Gary also made a helpful recommendation for some minor repair work for future attention - there was no ‘hard sell’. We plan to use GS Roofing for future roofing work.

We live in a Victorian school with plenty of roofing. Roofers/builders had told us we need a complete new roof; estimates were eye watering. Gary had some experience of our roof as he has renovated the ventilation towers. He suggested that an overhaul would be sufficient which his team did today saving us around £30k.

Fixing a leaking corner gutter GS Roofing were easy to contact and very responsive. They quickly came out, gave me a free quote and once agreed on turned out on time to perform the work. Once completed they tidied up and left without any problems.

Dislodged roof tile - Great work and a very fast repair Gary called me within 2 hours of my messaging him and said he could come round within 5 minutes, which he duly did. He immediately climbed on the roof, reseated the dislodged tile and cleared some weeds from around the chimney breast, and when completed said there wasn't a charge for the work as he was only up there 5 minutes. He checked around the roof and suggested several areas would require some remedial work, but not urgent. Given the speed of response and thoroughness of his work, I will be requesting that work be done, but for this repair I cant thank Gary enough. He was polite, efficient and an all round good guy. I would recommend GS Roofing for any of your roofing issues.
