Erstmal über eine Woche gebraucht um die Thai Constellation los zu schicken, nach 4 mal anschreiben dass das zu spät ist und ich den Kauf stornieren will keine Rückmeldung, die Pflanze (Second Chance) trotzdem abgeschickt und dann der Schock! Wurzelfäule, alle Blätter beschädigt, Welk und braun und die Hälfte der Pflanze für die Tonne. Und dafür noch 50€ verlangen! Nie wieder

Depuis deux ans déjà je commende les plantes dans cette jardinerie et c'est toujours excellent!
Mes deux dernières commendes et mes commendes précédentes me sont arrivées en parfaites état! l'emballage est parfait. Les plantes ne souffrent pas lors de voyages. Les plantes sont fidèles aux photos sur le site et elles sont magnifiques! Vraiment top! De plus quand je contacte la boutique les personnes sont toujours a l'écoute et de bon con conseille. MERCI a vous!

Helaas geen enkele reactie op de mail die ik stuurde. Dat geeft echt een onprettig gevoel.
Inmiddels wel mijn - nette - plant bezorgd gekregen mét een kaartje of ik op social media een reactie wil achterlaten.

De plant is dus mooi, maar het gevoel van niet-communiceren blijft hangen.
A few months ago I placed 3 orders that went very well. The plants were in very good health and the customer service was very attentive and kind. I was very happy and I recommended this shop.
Since June, the customer service doesn't answer to the mails anymore, I paid 25euro of shipping costs for an economy shipment, which consequently, will take more than 2 weeks to be delivered.
I don't even want to imagine the state of the plants by then.
I don't recommend ordering from this site, unfortunately, the quality-price ratio has become mediocre.

I have had a very unfortunate delivery in February due to weather change and when I contacted GrowJungle they didn't just answer swiftly but replaced all of my lost plants, eventhough it wasn't their fault my first delivery ended the way it did. Gladly the 2nd round was successful and the plants I received (5) are some of the most beautiful, healthiest plants I have in my collection. Afterwards I needed advice once and again got a swift and helpful response. Could not recommend them more.
Amazing selection of plants. I bought monstera thai constellation from them in January and received it the day after it was shipped. Last week i did another big buy of 9 plants from them and my plants was stopped in costume which made me worrie but after talking to them on the phone they calmed me down and showed me great costumer service ❤️ thank you will definitely buy more from them in the future ✨ absolutely love ?
