From the very beginning we got in touch with BJ to assist and guide us with the sale of our home, a home that has been in our family for very many years, he has shown nothing but professionalism, support and guidance in ensuring the most successful campaign for the sale of our house. Selling your house can be very very stressful, but BJ continued to support us through every step of the campaign and we cannot thank him enough. 10/10 Amazing - Highly Recommend BJ was amazing from the start, explained everything in plain English to my wife and I and was there for any questions any time night or day. The Open Houses were very professional and when Auction Day arrived we were confident BJ would achieve a great result for us. Great communication, hard working and friendly BJ is a great agent, friendly and courteous, good listener with a lot of insight, excellent communication skills and very hard working, he and his partner run about 6 or more open homes back to back every Saturday, plus a few private inspections during the week. They had zoom meetings with us occasionally to talk about certain offers, even though we rejected a few low offers they still pushed on until they found us a buyer for the right price. We are very happy with Bj and Saul, the settlement process was also smooth and easy. We would highly recommend them and would call them again in the near future if need be.

Working with BJ has been a delight from start and even beyond finish! He brought professional to the next level whilst at the same time being very friendly and caring.
