Greenpan cookware is NOT nonstick
Let me start by saying that I cook almost daily, and have done so for 30+ years.
I bought a small $200 set of Greepan cookware 2 years ago, and am very unhappy with the set.
To begin with, I received duplicate lids for one size, and no lid for another size - but that's not the real issue.
The real issue is that the pans are NOT NON STICK.
I have followed that manufacturers instructions to a T, without success.
The only way these pans are non stick is if I put EVO in them before cooking anything.
And that's exactly what I do with my set of Viking stainless cookware.
SO.......don't waste your money on Greenpan cookware, because they are NOT nonstick.
Overall Not Impressed
Not very non-stick and the quality is disappointing. What is interesting is that the coating does not appear to be overly scratched yet food is already sticking. Although highly rated, I am not very impressed. I am hard on my cookware but even the inexpensive sets I have purchased over the years have lasted longer. Will save the pots as I only boil pasta in them but the pans have been long abandoned.

They are not non stick
Probably the worst pans I’ve ever own. It says to cook on low heat so the food doesn’t stick, but it still sticks. I’ve cooked on low heat, medium heat and food like eggs, potatoes, meat sticks to it. Then you gotta try and safely scrape it off. I wish I could return them … it was such a waste of money. Now I need new pans again…
Best pans I’ve ever had
I’m writing this review to help those still unsure if these are the pots for them. I was really nervous when I bought these pans as they are a significant investment. I always read the worst reviews first and then read the better reviews. I’m not sure that’s the best approach but because some thought these weren’t the best, I thought for a bit before I purchased. Then I read outside reviews, from cooking magazines, consumer reports, etc and that made me take the plunge. Just so you know, I kept the boxes for an entire month without throwing them away in case I had to return. Then I used them for 6 weeks before I’m writing this review. So you know this is a well thought out and informed review. All that to say, these pans are wonderful. I think people just aren’t cooking with them as instructed. I had never cooked on just low to medium heat so not sure I would like that or it would take too long. The reality is it takes very little additional time because the pans conduct heat so efficiently. I use only silicon tools and hand wash with just a paper towel and dish soap, then hand dry. I store them with the pot protector felt pads that came with the set, as well as additional ones I purchased to make sure pots were protected. The reality is these pots cook like a dream, are easy to clean, nothing has stuck in them and zero chipping or scratching. I’ve used them in the oven and on the stove. I’m sure eventually they will show signs of use, as all well used cooking utensils do, but right now they look good as new.So if you’re still undecided, as long as you use them and care for them as instructed, it’s well worth the investment. Hope this helps you decide!
Didn’t last 6 months, no support or warranty whatsoever
Don’t bother buying. The pan worked fine for a while with normal use. Stopped working and non-stick was bad at the six month mark. Support makes you jump through hoops only to deny your warranty. They won’t stand behind the product, so you shouldn’t buy it!

Pots & Pans CHIP!
I bought this set for last Christmas. We handwash the pots/pans and never use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners. Within 10 months, every piece has a chip in it. I reached out to the company and they would not honor a replacement due to my purchase date. The product is pretty but please don’t waste your money on these!
Multiple chips after using only four months
I only had these 4 months and already multiple chips on sides and bottoms. They do look pretty and work nice for cooking but...come on...for the price I expected more and replaced these for my old pans due to their chips but at least they lasted ten years. DON'T buy these pans.
The chipping is really, really, really bad
We only ever use them with silicon utensils and the pans look like they have been in a war. There are multiple chips of the coating. One of the pans was used for blackening one time at a medium heat on an induction stove and it permanently stained the pan. These were 100% not worth it. Didn't even get two years out of it, and some cheap Aldi pans have lasted longer and have been better. I would not recommend.

Very disappointed and they don't stand behind their product
Beautiful cookware... at the beginning. I'm not a chef but I enjoy cooking very much and tend to spend money for higher end cookware. Green pans are all the rage right now. I bit the bullet and bought these. Sooooo much care has to go into protecting the finish, and it still got scratches and unremovable stains inside and out. I contacted the seller within the warranty period and asked for a refund. They said they don't do that and instead gave me all kinds of instructions for care and handling- it was already too late for that because the damage was already done. And the pointers they gave did NOT help remove the stains. They also said that "chipping is natural" with these pans and "chipping up to 1-2 mm is normal"...funny, they say with nonstick pans it is not safe to use when chipped or scratched. And stainless steel never chips at all. I do not recommend this product OR this company. Caviat emptor- buyer beware.
Sleek and good quality
I really researched these pans and found them on Williams Sonoma but didn’t want to pay the price. When I saw they were on Amazon I ordered. Very happy with them: as long as you care for them as your supposed to (hand wash, no non stick spray) they remain in perfect quality. The non stick surface is so good.I’ve been using for 3 months so far .Definitely recommend.
Don't be fooled
I have been a Green Pan customer for years and this set & customer service through Green Pan has been nothing but disappointing. I bought this set in May 2024 and the chipping/ discoloration is really evident. The gold hardware will NOT last, as you can see, the color completely rubs off and your set looks like you had it for years. I reached out to their customer service and was told it's a cosmetic flaw and not covered. Which to me is ridiculous, why even make a gold harewear set if the handles won't stay gold? Don't waste your money and find another pan set- I know I will not be a returning customer!
Wonderful Cookware & Nontoxic!
After years of researching we finally found the most toxic free & best ceramic coating nonstick cookware available. Yay! It's been a tough journey. We've used stainless steel super high end cookware the past 50 years. Also some nonstick sauteed pans that were toxic but we didn't know it til recently. This wonderful cookware is worth every penny for being nontoxic, nonstick, great performance, lightweight & easily cleaned. It stacks well & comes with pot pads. It is beautiful as well. Fabulous gift for any serious cook.

Disappointed
I am so disappointed in these pots and pans. I really put a lot of time into researching a new cookware set and thought I made a good choice especially at price point of $350. I got the 10 piece set in cream. I only used the big pot twice and the finish started to come off. So I packed them up and returned them. Just thankful I got them from Amazon as I have since heard that GreenPan customer service is awful
