Hui Min was fast and helpful in scheduling and rescheduling due to delay in my renovation hacking. She was also very patient with the various questions that we had during the course of enquiry. Much appreciated! Azri educated us about the feeding and living habits of cockroaches and other house pest present, and helped to ensure that spraying of the chemical at critical areas of the house. When my gardeners found a hornet hive as big as a rugby ball in my tree, I was quite scared & called 3 firms for a quotation. Greencare’s was the lowest. Amir & Akhbar arrived promptly at dusk, put on their bee suits, killed the hornets & bagged the hive—all in 30 mins! Amir impressed me w his knowledge of hornet behaviour, having had 10 yrs of dealing w them. I highly recommend Greencare for its efficient hornet service & friendly, professional staff. They give you value for money & peace of mind for you & yr neighbours.

We experienced a flea infestation for the first time and hired Greencare about pouring through customer reviews. Hui Min was the most responsive of flea termination services and we were able to get our questions answered relatively quickly. Greencare also responded beyond office hours (after 7pm), so that helped to improve our coordination. Rosman came by to inspect the place and implemented the treatment. The initial inspection took about 10-15 min. We were surprised that the treatment process takes only 10-15 min, but the chemical does take a few hours to dry. Turning on the fan and opening the windows to ventilate the house will help. While not all the fleas were killed, Rosman did inform us before the service began that it might take 2-3 treatments to completely remove the fleas. Rosman was also very helpful after the service, as he responded to our follow-up enquiries about things to take note of, how to clean up after the fleas fell to the ground. If there's anything we could have wished, it would be a clearer process (from a customer POV) described on the website, what to do, what the aftereffects are (e.g. if you leave your furnitures exposed, you might end up having fleas hidden inside, so it might be able to plastic wrap or get rid of them) perhaps even boarding our cat for a few days because it definitely took a humongous effort (~7-10 hours for 2 people) to clean up after the service was completed.

Do NOT be fooled with the reviews. Signed a contract with them, 1-2 months in was fine, afterwards suddenly the person assigned to me, Amir, stopped responding to our messages, asking them when is the next scheduled appointment. During December, whole month nothing was done, nothing planned to come down and spray and check. Delayed until January, told me it is to cover the month of December. January NOT done, Feb NOT done, sent an complaint email regarding this, NOT replied at all. Very unsatisfactory and unprofessional, disappointed as well. Called this Amir person several times, NO response, messaged as well, also NO response. DO NOT sign up with this company unless you wish to take the time every month to set a schedule and make sure they don't just ghost you.

Engaged Greencare disinfection services to kill and disinfect bacteria / viruses at home after recovery from Covid. Rosman was very professional. Before starting the procedure, he explained what to expect (before and after), electronics/food that need to be covered, checked through the whole house to confirm everything is covered before he starts. Very professional & friendly. High touch areas were wiped too. The chemical they used are of food grade, hence, it suitable for homes with pets too. :) Highly recommended.

Contacted Greencare late at night to perform covid disinfection at my office space as one of our employees tested positive. Response within the next morning and a disinfection scheduled the same day. Mr Akhbar was punctual, friendly and thorough. Wore full PPE, sanitized touch points and misted. Competitive rates and professional service.

Din (Technical Consultant) was thorough in preparing the appropriate scope so that the on site Technician was briefed and ready for our job with the right tools and chemicals. Riady (Operation Client Relations Executive) was responsive and kept us updated when there was a slight delay in timing due to an earlier job. Akhbar was the Technician on site. Polite and respectful, Akhbar was careful to check all the nooks and crannies and to do what is needful. All in, we would definitely highly recommend Greencare for looking into and resolving your pest control issues.
