Green Bean IT supports my company and we have had a great experience. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and effective. We get the benefits of full-time, dedicated IT support with the added benefit of having several consultants with different areas of specialization. They have updated and streamlined our IT situation to make it more secure and better suited to our needs.When I call or email with a question or problem I always get a response right away and they are generally able to solve problems immediately. They never make me feel dumb or silly for asking questions or not knowing how to do something, and they always make sure I understand what they are doing and why.

I have had excellent support from the Staff at Greenbean. Michael has been great when helping to resolve issues when I have them. I am a remote user for my son's business in Dallas and I am located in California. They have resolved many remote access issues and sped up the access to the remote server in Flower Mound Texas. This previously was a slow process to get into the sever. Now I can access the server in seconds where previously it could take 30 to 40 minutes. So they have been great to work with.
