Buyer beware. Once they start cleaning your teeth, the hygienist loosens up recently filled fillings that I had installed by another dentist last year and then she broke a tooth. Instead of talking about how we going to repair the bald-headed guy, I don't know his name came in and talked about and boasted about his 25 years in the business. Well he needs to learn how to respect customers that's paying his paycheck and not insult people and put them down. That's all he talked about how to bash me how to put me under the ground so he pissed me off enough not to come back. That's what they're doing and I hope they lose their jobs and businesses for it. They're crooks!!! Thank you. God bless

Worst dentist I have ever been to. They rely only on text messages to confirm appointments, and if you don’t reply, they cancel them—even if you never received the text. I actually called to confirm my appointment for today, and they told me it was canceled… but only one of them, not both. So I still had a 2:00 PM appointment, which I showed up for. I took time off work, drove all the way there, only to find out that they no longer accept CareCredit. The last time I was there, they still took it. You would think someone would call or mention, “Hey, we no longer accept CareCredit, just want to make sure you're aware since you’re coming in for a procedure.” But no—nothing. They expected me to come up with $1,300 out of pocket on the spot. Total waste of my time, lost wages from missing work, and still nothing done for my teeth. And for context—this was already my second bad experience with them. I tried giving them another chance. The first time I went, I ended up with a huge disaster in my mouth. They managed to fix it and didn’t charge me for everything because the dentist who worked on me the first time was later fired. So you can only imagine what happened with him and how many people were affected. Worst dentist ever. Avoid if you can.

Today was my final appt for my bottom braces the doctor as always was amazing and super informative. But kudos to TAYLOR ! he has a great personality and knows how to make the patient feel comfortable. He also did an amazing job w the wires to ensure I was not being poked or sliced w any wires. You can tell he loves what he does and is knowledgeable in his field !

Hi I got my wisdom teeth out plus a couple extra ok Friday and I am terrified of the dentist but they made it the best process ever put me to sleep I didn’t feel a thing even on the way home I felt absolutely wonderful it’s day 2 I’m up walking around no swelling at all and 2 of my teeth were impacted doctor Jason Sheikh, Julia, and Brian were all wonderful as well and so was Bianca who did my billing and scheduling she checked on me and was absolutely amazing as someone who is terrified of the dentist this was the best experience I’ve ever had thank you

Just moved here and wanted to find a new dentist for my family. As soon as I pulled is I knew what I was in for. Over the top ! They practically meet you in the parking lot upon entry and walk you in. Then they will check you in at a little kiosk. When they take you back its like they are corralling cattle... Nice exam room with a TV and the make you watch a video, take your blood pressure, a massive amount of x-rays, anything they can bill your insurance company for you bet they will leave nothing unturned. Constant high pressure up-sale non stop with multiple people, then if you decline they bring in "the closer". There main focus is to get you into a treatment plan of some type to slaughter your bank account! I got up and left... found a more simple traditional dentist without the dog and pony high pressure sales show!

They are money hungry snakes. They throw things like cancer and loss of all teeth at you to get you scared. I sat in the back and heard them repeat same scam to multiple patients. They charge you for thing like future cleanings when they pull a tooth or fill a tooth but do not let you know a head of time. some staff is amazing while others are rude and abrasive. I was snapped at for asking a question about after care because the instructions were in the bag. I went to a different dentist for another issue and it was 1/5th the price and the outcome and aftercare was better.

Came to simply get a consultation / pricing & have an opportunity to ask questions about the procedures etc. so I could make a decision between simply teeth whitening or composite bonding. Before I even got an opportunity to ask any questions at all they force x-rays and unnecessary tests to “diagnose” you, even when there’s nothing to diagnose! When I asked why, as it doesn’t make any sense in this instance the response was “it’s just policy.” Then there’s the pages and pages of information they want for new patients... which would make sense if I wanted to become a new patient but I haven’t even had an opportunity to make that decision yet! Make you watch a video about their office too, felt like I was getting sold a time share. Big waste of time. Learn from me don’t bother for any cosmetic dentistry!!!
