Scary in car traffic
Crazy driving in Puerto Vallarta. In and out of traffic. Thought we were going to crash the car. Hard to take after a long trip.

Unforgettable Adventure — Felt Like a Private Tour! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We loved every moment of this experience! We booked the City & Mountain E-Bike Tour through Marriott, and it ended up being the highlight of our entire trip to Puerto Vallarta.First, a note for anyone reading some of the more cautious reviews:Yes, this tour is adventurous — but that’s exactly what makes it so incredible. If you’re comfortable on a bike and have some experience riding in cities or on varied terrain, you will absolutely love it. We’re avid city e-bikers, and this was challenging in the best possible way.What made our day even more special is that we were the only two riders, so it felt like a private tour! Our guide Katy was fantastic—warm, patient, attentive, and full of local knowledge. She even brought me honey Halls for my lingering laryngitis, which was the sweetest surprise. ❤️The ride itself is unforgettable:Biking through cobblestone streets and local neighborhoodsCrossing the suspension bridge near the Río Cuale flea market (and spotting the stray cats who live there!)Climbing into the Sierra Madres with breathtaking viewsAnd finally relaxing at a jungle-top restaurant with food, drinks, and natural spring poolsBring: a towel, swimwear, and an adventurous spirit. The restaurant accepts credit cards, which was super convenient.For travelers wondering:It’s safe — guides are attentive, and the pace is manageable.It’s not a beginner ride, but you definitely don’t need to be an athlete.It’s worth every penny for the scenery, culture, and pure fun.This tour shows you the real Puerto Vallarta beyond the Malecón — authentic neighborhoods, mountain villages, and hidden gems you’d never find otherwise.We would do this again in a heartbeat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great Service
Our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta using Gray Line for our travel from the Airport to our resort and back to the airport was great. The drivers were very friendly and respectful. Would definitely use there service again.

Amazing experience with Gray Line PV! Will be back!
Alma R Rivero (Renee) was so helpful. She was my representative from Gray Line PV, she was able to tell me about lots of cool activities to do in Puerto Vallarta (it was my first time there), as well as she was always there for me when I needed, gave me a city tour package as a gift for my bday after I bought a scuba diving trip and helped me to adjust my departure time from the hotel when the flight was delayed. Overall really great service, i highly recommend!

Too expensive
Driver was excellent, the cost was $10-12 more than another service. Will not use GL again.Not knowing specifics we signed up to go to marina area but had to go to hotel zone- an up charge. But others are less. They want to sell you tour packages.

CAREFUL, THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR OWN CARS AND THEY SEND YOU BY TAXI FROM STREET SITE
When we arrived at Puerto Vallarta airport we were not found on their list because they were wrong and had recorded that our transfer was to Nuevo Vallarta and was to Puerto Vallarta, in the end we were sent in a siege car from the airport. For the return we were quoted 13:15 in the lobby, we arrived 12:15, it was 13:20 and they did not arrive, I called the lady who assigned me and she did not answer me, after a while she told me that again in her system said that they would pick us up in Nuevo Vallarta and according to her our flight left half an hour after the actual time, we had to wait 35 min after the scheduled time and we were sent in a local taxi from a place that is outside the hotel, not in the one that said in the confirmation, there the driver of the taxi told us that they ALWAYS do the same because they do not have their own cars, that they always put pretexts and send people in taxis from the street site. Too bad it was the only option Aeromexico Vacations offered

Lupita the angel!
I cannot say enough good things about lupita! We booked our canopy adventure and trip to the beach of love snorkelling tour with her. She's so friendly and sweet and looks out for each family individually to make sure they get the most out of their day. On the morning of my snorkelling trip I read the wrong time so I thought I had time to burn. Walked up to the store. On the way back she spotted me by the taxi stand and said I wouldn't make it in time if I waited for a taxi that she would drive me to the marina. She loaded me in her car and off we went. She got me there right as they were checking people in. She absolutely hundred percent saved my day. I wouldn't have made it without her! And it was a magical day! I am so thankful to lupita that I didn't miss it! She absolutely went wayyyy above and beyond for me and I will never forget her kindness! Thank u so so much lupita! We will definitely be looking for you when we come back ❤️

easy and to the point. drive on the way back was done with shady taxi ride, did not give the same feel as when going to hotel from airport. Wish the ride back had been with a better car considering the payment plan and information supplied. Still recommend.

The other side of Mexico
Very nice tour to be able to see the real Mexico! Our tour guide Sophie and the driver (forgot his name) were wonderful. The driving up the canyon was very stable and smooth even the road was curvy and uneven. Sophie was very caring just like the Mexican mom! Great history and we learned a lot!

Did not get what we paid for
We got from the airport fine, but they were 20 minutes late to pick us up from hotel. A random person wearing a gray line shirt walked up, no car, and put us in a taxi with no AC. This was NOT what we paid for. Uber is better, faster, cleaner and always had AC.

The best care in Puerto Vallarta – Thanks, Ramon and Gray Line
Jackie, my wife, and I went for our honeymoon. We had an excellent experience with Gray Line Puerto Vallarta, especially thanks to Ramon, who made our vacation even better. He was super friendly, attentive and professional, talking to us about what we like to do and explained in detail the different activities, what each tour included and helped us choose what best suited our tastes.Thanks to their recommendations, we enjoy several unforgettable experiences — very beautiful scenery, zip lines, canopy, paddle board, rich food and especially open bar on tours and much more! In addition, it offered us an excellent 3x2 promotion, which was a great plus, we were able to cover several of our days in Puerto Vallarta with different activities.If you need someone to help you, ask about Ramón is passionate about his work and that he really cares about visitors living the best of Puerto Vallarta, at all times he was watching that we did not miss the tours. 💯 Fully recommended, do not hesitate to seek it if you want personalized and reliable attention.

Friendly driver
It all worked out ok, but the grayline folks put us in a taxi... not sure why. It was a small car and my husband is a big guy. They do things a little different in mexico.
