Great tour, a little chaotic Great tour! We had a hiccup at first because they switched our tour operator and forgot our pick up that we selected. So, if your operator is switched definitely call and ensure your pick up reservation has carried over. Also confirm the ages and number of people in your party because we were delayed because they mistakenly documented my child as a teenager and not a child under 2 — we couldn’t leave without them bringing the car seat. Overall would recommend, but do your due diligence.

Highly recommend The tour was incredible from start to finish. Our guide Lena was very knowledgeable and engaging and kept us intrigued from the outset. First stop was the national parks with the two tectonic plates, then onto the geysers and finally gullfoss falls. There were plenty of places to grab a bite to eat and toilets along the way - only criticism was the bus was ROASTING! so make sure you can take your layers off. We also paid for pick up and drop off but we’re not dropped off at the destination we selected.

A mystery tour.. with no bus, guide, or communication I went for the Norther Lights Mystery Tour. Turns out the mystery was being left standing around for an hour waiting to be picked up, only to be told by another tour that they weren't working. This is after getting confirmation email confirming times and pickup. Still not got an apology from them. Awful, save yourself the trouble and book with anyone else

Um passeio de mistério.. sem ônibus, guia ou comunicação Eu fui para o Northern Lights Mystery Tour. Acontece que o mistério estava sendo deixado de pé por uma hora à espera de ser levantado, apenas para ser dito por outra turnê que eles não estavam funcionando. Isto é depois de receber o e-mail de confirmação confirmando os tempos e a entrega. Ainda não recebi uma desculpa deles. Horrível, poupe-se o problema e reservar com qualquer outra pessoa

Great trip but too little time at stops Comfortable, organised and informative . Mr G was enthusiastic , well informed and helpful. It would have been good to have more time at each venue. Each stop was a bit rushed and that was a shame as they were spectacular and interesting . We drove past the Kerid crater and MrG told us about it . A stop with sufficient time to walk to the top and view the crater would have been good. There seemed to be enough day light to accommodate this and longer stops.Hope this is helpful and not over critical .

Muito decepcionante. Muito decepcionante. Sem verdadeira atmosfera de Natal. Principalmente baratos e tacky “mercado” stands. Os stands de comida valia a pena dar uma olhada - queijos, mel, bebidas e havia alguns bons stands de artigos de cesta. Quase nenhuma decoração de Natal. Não iria mais.

We loved seeing the geyser and waterfall, the guide was knowledgeable and informed us of a lot about history, current economy and geology. No way you would get this on your own.
