I'm a driver at Dave R Grant trucking. This company is my trucking family. I love driving for the Grant family and have never felt more like an integral part of a team committed to safety and ensuring that drivers feel comfortable. The equipment is some of the best in the industry. I feel as though most companies have an insatiable desire to micro manage their drivers. If you do your job, communicate effectively and deliver world class results, you rarely if at all hear from the company. The company learns you and your likes and dislikes. They treat you as an individual. I've never worked for a company that puts more effort and consideration into the entire spectrum of transport services. Dispatch, mechanics, company brokers and the owners are all great people. That being said, you can't be afraid to work a hard day's honest work for fair pay. In today's wacky economy, anyone can complain about more pay and chase the Almighty dollar, but I can say from personal experience the grass is not always greener. I value being valued, and that's just what Grant trucking is phenomenal at doing. Honest and ethical company that expects the same from their drivers. In today's world, that's hard to find. Thank you DRG for being my trucking home.

Just a word of caution, should your vehicle get hit by a large piece of asphalt coming directly out of the back of one of their trucks it is highly unlikely they will cover the damage. Our vehicle was damaged, we followed and talked to the drivers/workers said it would get taken care of only to hear back later from their insurance company that they were disregarding and ignoring anything that actually happened and they were denying the claim. I should clarify I have never used them for any trucking needs and the people we spoke to there were very kind. Unfortunately that doesn't repair my vehicle damage done by their truck/asphalt

Hi Tyler, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for your damage. We carry insurance, like everyone, and their decisions are independent from our company.
This is an unfortunate situation and we’re sorry your vehicle was damaged due to something that was left on the highway and that flipped up off the road and struck your vehicle. Our trucks have broken windshields, dents and dings in our paint from similar objects all the time. We understand! It’s frustrating. We should work together to prevent debris on the roadways and to see that our local governments are cleaning the roads to avoid hazards like this for all involved.
