As someone who typically avoids writing negative reviews, I write this on behalf of my church organization to share a cautionary experience with GPS Flyers. Our goal is to inform others and hopefully encourage better business practices.
We contacted GPS Flyers on July 3rd to distribute 7,500 flyers to approximately 20 apartment complexes near our church. We spoke with a salesperson named Ann, who assured us that:
• We could provide a list of apartment complexes, or they could generate one based on our zip code.
• They would track deliveries and provide photo proof of flyers on doors.
• They could resize or recreate our flyer if needed.
We paid nearly $1,500 upfront, taking advantage of a July 4th promotion.
After payment, we were handed off to Patrick, who managed the campaign and flyer design. Unfortunately, the process was riddled with inefficiencies:
• It took three weeks to finalize a simple flyer due to repeated grammatical errors and inconsistent communication.
• Patrick frequently switched email threads, causing confusion and delays.
• We had to repeatedly resend information and clarify details that should have been straightforward.
This lack of coordination significantly delayed our timeline, despite being promised a one-week turnaround.
The delivery phase was equally problematic:
• We were not notified when flyer distribution began.
• I had to resend our apartment list twice due to poor email tracking.
• We were told there was no actual tracking system—only photos of flyers on doors, most of which lacked identifying information about the apartment complexes.
• GPS Flyers admitted they did not deliver to all the apartments on our list and instead distributed them to others without our approval.
To verify, we contacted three church families who live in the listed apartments—none of them received a flyer. One member only saw the flyer because a friend sent them a screenshot. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. We were misled about the tracking process, experienced poor communication, and ultimately did not receive the service we paid for.

The Production Staffers are suprised at Angel's post, filled with innacuracies, exagerations, and lack of facts.
We are shocked and bewildered. GPS FLYERS provided $350.00 in professional graphic design fees and did not charge the Church $1.00! We printed 7500 2-sided postcards (that we designed for free) and hand delivered with our local long-time distributor. He send 100's of photos for confirmation of apartments and such. The event hasn't even taken place yet so how does this Church know it isn't going to be a successful campaign? We updated Angel and John each DAY with photos and updates. We thought it was a near perfect campaign.
