As someone who typically avoids writing negative reviews, I write this on behalf of my church organization to share a cautionary experience with GPS Flyers. Our goal is to inform others and hopefully encourage better business practices. We contacted GPS Flyers on July 3rd to distribute 7,500 flyers to approximately 20 apartment complexes near our church. We spoke with a salesperson named Ann, who assured us that: • We could provide a list of apartment complexes, or they could generate one based on our zip code. • They would track deliveries and provide photo proof of flyers on doors. • They could resize or recreate our flyer if needed. We paid nearly $1,500 upfront, taking advantage of a July 4th promotion. After payment, we were handed off to Patrick, who managed the campaign and flyer design. Unfortunately, the process was riddled with inefficiencies: • It took three weeks to finalize a simple flyer due to repeated grammatical errors and inconsistent communication. • Patrick frequently switched email threads, causing confusion and delays. • We had to repeatedly resend information and clarify details that should have been straightforward. This lack of coordination significantly delayed our timeline, despite being promised a one-week turnaround. The delivery phase was equally problematic: • We were not notified when flyer distribution began. • I had to resend our apartment list twice due to poor email tracking. • We were told there was no actual tracking system—only photos of flyers on doors, most of which lacked identifying information about the apartment complexes. • GPS Flyers admitted they did not deliver to all the apartments on our list and instead distributed them to others without our approval. To verify, we contacted three church families who live in the listed apartments—none of them received a flyer. One member only saw the flyer because a friend sent them a screenshot. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. We were misled about the tracking process, experienced poor communication, and ultimately did not receive the service we paid for.

The Production Staffers are suprised at Angel's post, filled with innacuracies, exagerations, and lack of facts.
We are shocked and bewildered. GPS FLYERS provided $350.00 in professional graphic design fees and did not charge the Church $1.00! We printed 7500 2-sided postcards (that we designed for free) and hand delivered with our local long-time distributor. He send 100's of photos for confirmation of apartments and such. The event hasn't even taken place yet so how does this Church know it isn't going to be a successful campaign? We updated Angel and John each DAY with photos and updates. We thought it was a near perfect campaign.

Since this person wrote not our client fake post, , I want to be clear that we were working with Patrick the whole time and I’m gonna post pictures of the emails: my company Dallas family dent hired them for a 10,000 flyer distribution campaign. Which Patrick is aware of. This company had a fast response and things started off apparently good. During the period of time, they never posted the maps that their marketing would have you believe they do. We had several sales reps working and following up in the areas, and I personally walked several of the areas that they supposedly flyeres and found none of our companies flyers there anywhere. During the time our reps put out about six or 700 of their own and we got three or four calls off of those. But in those same areas where we could not find their places flyers there was obviously zero calls off of their 8,000 of the 10,000 that they supposedly did. If you’re a business owner setting up a service to run remotely and say you’re providing tracking you should have a way to track, report back and manage accountability as advertised. No standard daily maps just random pictures were given. I’ve walked at least 1500 of the houses that they claimed to flyer in their first 8000 and not come across a single one of our companies flyers. None of my reps in other areas let me know that they came across the either. I emailed them and told them not to pass out the last 2000 That we paid for as this clearly was a big waste of time, energy, and money. If you’re looking for flyering services, always go with locally owned and direct managed. Go with the company that does what they advertise as far as tracking and maps. Trusting one stranger, to trust another, to manage others isn’t a working business model. And there’s no logical reason to believe it would be.

NOT OUR CLIENT FAKE POST! The fake "tracking" reports are not ours we do not provide such trackiing data as represented. The only social media for Samir Bougattaya shows encryptive FB account with Arabic language. The GPS FLYERS CRM shows no such client paid us

GPS Flyers did an amazing job designing and producing my postcards. They were very professional; their pricing was good, and they were extremely fast with the production. Their design team was helpful, and they made several changes to assure my final product was perfect! I will definitely work with them again and I highly recommend them.

I contacted Patrick from GPS flyers on September 11, 2024. Patrick said he could print and start distributing our door hangers within 1 week. I hired and paid the full amount of $7800($2085.88 for 20k flyers and $5800 for flyer distribution) on September 16, 2024. On September 18, 2024 he said our image for our flyer was blurry, so a new one was created on September 19, 2024 by his team and approved by both parties the same day. On Thursday, September 19, 2024, Patrick emailed that our print job was in production. I followed up on September 23, 2024 to check on the status and he replied they were "shooting for" Wednesday, September 25, 2024. On Thursday, September 26, 2024, I followed up again and was told "We should launch by the weekend". Patrick said there was a delay because the print job was blurry and they had to reprint. On Friday, September 27, 2024, I asked Patrick to start distributing our own door hangers we had from our previous order from PrintPalace. He picked up the flyers and stated he began distribution on Monday, September 30, 2024. On Thursday, October 3, 2024, I followed up again about the print job and was told they would be ready to pick up the next day. They were still not ready. On Monday morning, October 7, 2024, I followed up again through email, phone call, and voicemail and did not hear back until Tuesday, October 8, 2024 via text that our door hangers will be ready the next day. He also explained they had a delay in distribution because one of his reps was bitten by a dog. Instead of the 1 week he committed to for printing, it took him 23 days to have them printed. On Thursday, October 10, 2024, we received a call with a customer complaining someone had dumped hundreds of door hangers in his garbage can. We brought it to Patrick's attention and asked how this was possible with the GPS tracking system he claimed proved distribution. He said it was only a couple hundred. I asked him why we found out about this before he did. His GPS system should have caught the error. Now we don't know how many door hangers were actually distributed. We have done similar marketing campaigns in the past and are familiar with the process and the number of calls to expect per every thousand door hangers. This was our first and last time working with Patrick from GPS flyers. We received a total of 8 calls for 20,000 door hangers. Patrick said we should be happy with the 8 calls. Patrick's company(GPS flyers) cost us $1000 per call. We asked him how he would remedy this and he said we should be grateful for the calls we received and would not refund any money. Noah, his field manager, called us and said they were having issues with their Phoenix, Az market compared to their California and Dallas market. We will never do business with him again. All communication with Patrick was documented through email and texts and are attached. We are small business owners and he did not care to try and fix this at all. This is an unfortunate and unnecessary cost of doing business with the wrong company.
