I absolutely love this practice! Not only is it easy to connect with a provider the entire staff are friendly and helpful. For years my diabetes went unmanaged due to some crazy ideas from other doctors....but here they are open, honest and I feel comfortable to tell them everything that is going on to manage my diabetes. To shaming you in this office!

My son went into DKA because they wouldn't fill his prescription and wouldn't see him.All because he lost his insurance and owes them a few hundred dollars. They told him to call the collections dept. and then hung up on him without giving any information how to do so.They are very rude and do not care about the patients well being. We will be finding another doctor.

Hi Rich, we are sorry to hear about your son's condition. From our records, it looks like he has not been in for an appointment for over a year. Our providers cannot prescribe medication without seeing a patient following their labs or glucose readings. We had sent multiple billing notifications over an eight-month period to receive payments or help set him up on a payment plan. Since no arrangements were made during that time we had to send him to collections. We apologize for the lack of information on how to reach the collections agency, please feel free to give us a call and we would be happy to provide more information.

This office does not care about its patients and their circumstances. Our appointment was at 2:15 we arrived at 2:22. There was a person at the window so we had a seat. A few minutes later, I thought i better use the kios to check us in. The secretary informed that we were 11 minutes late and would have to be rescheduled. I even spoke to the office manager explained we were in the waiting room just about 5 mins late waiting on the window and the only reason we were showing 11 mins late was i decided to use kios but she said that it is office policy and the drs orders. I also explained my mom just had hip surgery, my dad has demisia, and i also take care of my 92 yr old grandmother before I leave but You're just a number and really made no difference. They state how it inconveniences the other patient's, mind you, the waiting room was empty, so I'm not sure who we were going to hold up the next patient🤔 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Been going here for a few months and the care I have been provided is excellent! I feel my concerns are being taken seriously and my providers actually listen to what I have to say.

I understand that most doctor’s offices are hard to get into, but the experience getting an appointment at this office has been ridiculous. It took them weeks to even get me down for an initial scheduling after my primary care doctor reached out with the referral. But then the day before my appointment they called to reschedule for more than a month later. I have diabetes, not a cold, take it a little more seriously.

Unfortunately, with being a high demand Specialty office we have a lot of referrals coming in. We do have a Referral Coordinator that calls the patients to get them scheduled. She is on the phone all day making phone calls to get patients scheduled. We can only see six New Pt's a day and there may be a wait to get into the office. All of our New Pt's have diagnoses that need seen right away. We can only do what our schedule allows. I apologize for the wait but we do have a wait list that if patients want in sooner we can notify them if someone cancels.

I called ahead to say I may be a bit late due to a work emergency. I was 1 minute late. Literally. The nurse practitioner Kelly refused to see me. She was standing just outside my my line of view. The receptionist asked her and she said no. I won't be back. What so called "great care " for patients.

Hi Rosemary, unfortunately, we cannot see patients past the 10 minute late window. I apologize but that is the policy for our appts in the office. We do ask the patients to please arrive 15 minutes early for their appts. We offered to reschedule you for other times but you refused, so there was nothing else we could do at that point. We hope you understand.

I see Laura fries here and she’s by far the best endocrinologist I’ve had. My A1C had always been in the 8 and up range. Over the last year seeing Laura, it’s at 6.5. She’s also one of the sweetest doctors I’ve had. This place goes above and beyond to help their patients. And their online portal is very helpful for scheduling, rescheduling, medication refills and more. Every time I’ve requested a refill for my medication, they’ve responded and had it sent over that day, usually within a couple hours. And one more thing, I’ve never waited more than 10-15 minutes in the waiting room.

Dr Krishna may be one of the best doctors I have ever had. I go there to monitor a thyroid nodule...my first visit was an extremely thorough history taken by Kelli Baker, FNP - and she seamlessly gave the relevant highlights to Dr. Krishna, who came up with a plan. He comes across as so quietly kind and knowledgable. They do their thyroid ultrasounds, bloodwork, and fine needle biopsies right in the office and the ultrasound is interpreted immediately. The office staff and the professional who draws blood do a wonderful job at taking care of customers in a clearly busy environment. I have trust in Dr Krishna's care

We have been patients here for many years. We have found every staff member from the front desk to exam room personnel to billing to be professional, compassionate and reasonable in every event. We have recommended them to family and friends.

I had the Nurse Practitioner, Kelly Baker. I have never had a more rude, uncaring, unprofessional person in my life. I have had problems for the last 2 years with my hormones and getting pregnant and I was crying to her explaining it and she didn't even bat an eye. No bedside manner at all! As she was walking out of the office she set a Box of Kleenex down and said looks like you're gonna need this in a nasty way. Thanks to her I will never go back there!!!!🤬

Kelli Baker, Nurse Practitioner is pretty rude. She doesn't care or listen to what you have to say! She has no clue what it is like to have another disease that requires monitoring, being very sick and having to take medicine for long periods of time that conflict with high blood sugar. Really don't like this place at all!! Love the reception and scheduling girls though. Very nice!! Miss you Dr. CE Smith. You were always very understanding, caring and never wrong :)
