Organized, Professional and Lovely experience We had a wonderful experience booking our excursions and tours through GoSmart Zanzibar Tours. Mr. Said was very helpful and very quick to answer and accomadate us when we wanted to switch days or make any changes to our plans. The organization regarding pick up times and payments where professional and done very well. The drivers that picked us up and took us to the excursions and back were so friendly and professional. We loved every minute and we're glad that we booked and payed everything before hand, because when we got here we could just enjoy and know everything was sorted out. We would highly recommend. Punctual, professional and polite transport We met Said on arrival at Zanzibar airport and he gave us a professional, polite, friendly and informative transfer to our hotel in Zanzibar. It was our first visit to the island and he put us very much at ease. When we needed a transfer back to the airport from a hotel in the north at the end of our stay, he was our first choice. Booking was very efficient and he duly arrived bang on time for another hassle-free experience. We'll definitely be keeping GoSmart's details for when we visit again and would not hesitate to use them for tours and the like.

Best safari ever done 5/5 The best Safari I have ever done. The safari was done in Mikumi (better than Selous)Said, my first contact person, made everything to make this experience wonderful. The guide Pita was nice and experienced.We could find easily the Lion and other animals.I recommand 100%

We booked two well-organized day tours: 1. Mnemba Island Tour: Swim with dolphins, snorkel, see giant tortoises, and enjoy Kendwa Beach (the dinner we had at the kendwa beach restaurant was delicious) 2. Spice Farm & Jozani Forest Tour: Explore a spice farm (optional $10 fresh local lunch) and see unique flora and fauna (the monkeys are really nice) Both tours were excellently timed. Transport was comfortable, with a skilled and super friendly and funny driver (Ali) offering a 10/10 experience. Flexible return times were allowed in the evening. Tips: For the 'water' day, wear a UV shirt, bring water, and apply sunscreen frequently. Delicious resh fruit was provided onboard. Overall an absolute recommendation :)

Perfect Company to tour Zanzibar hassle free! Said was super pleasant and accommodating and knowledgeable. Communication via WhatsApp was fast and efficient. He gave suggestions on what to do in Zanzibar and then customised it to our family- dates and times based on what I also wanted to do. We did a spice farm tour, jozani forest tour and based on Said’s recommendation we went to Maluum Cave which was absolutely stunning. (Best to book this on the internet directly once you know your times) Our driver was Ali- he was knowledgeable, polite and even made a quick stop for us to buy ice cream for kids and to see Paje beach. On the next day Ali (different one) was on time outside our resturant and we did a stone town tour which again he customized for the kids. The highlight other than the cave was the stunning boat ride to see dolphins the surreal sand bank in the ocean and the snorkelling. Our guide Amran made a fruit platter which my kids devoured. The turtle sanctuary was the only thing I think that was not worth it. The kids liked seeing the turtle but the water and environment is not clean and none of us got in. Really speaking we were there for 15mins max. We had complicated bookings and up till the morning of our final day Said was in touch via WhatsApp to make arrangements to pick us up and make sure we got to airport in appropriate time. Finally he made it cost effective for us as a large family. I would definitely recommend him and his company ( tour guides and drivers). Very professional, polite, accommodating and Fun!

Blue safari was amazing! We did a so called blue safari with Said! He was very passionate, helpfull and is also very reliable. It was a really nice day, including a very good seafood platter as lunch! If you are looking for a trustworthy person to show you Zanzibar or for a reliable taxi service we would reccomend this company!

Dolphins tour and snorkeling Said took ons to the doplhins, turtels and snorkeling tour and we really liked it! He was very passionate, helpfull and is also very reliable. His enthusiasm while spotting the dolphins was nice, which made us enjoy the trip way more :) If you are looking for a trustworthy person to show you Zanzibar or for a reliable taxi service I would reccomend this company!
