Not a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon only ENT Ear Nose and Throat Dr.
Doctor Gorman Atsal was not a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon when he operated on me for a full facelift. He was only an ENT mean Ear Nose Throat Doctor. He left me with a lot of visible scars.

I want to say one thing. This was my worst experience and a big mistake to choose Dr. Atsal. My nose became crooked. Nostrils are different. I'm tired of listening to nonsense that it's swelling. Difficulty breathing. I suffered with a stuffy nose for 2 years. After the second operation, nothing changed, and it got even worse. I continue to do massages. There will soon be a blister on my nose. I followed all the recommendations. There is no swelling anymore, but my nose is crooked. You can feel the different heights of the bone. I wasted money, time and hope. The second operation to correct asymmetry, and the result became worse .. I repeat. The second operation. I categorically do not recommend this doctor if you do not want to face the same situation

I've taken time before writing this review to really gather my thoughts and have come out the other side realising that the truth is I cannot recommend anyone to go see Dr Atsal.
On the day of my rhinoplasty I did all my pre-op tests (blood tests etc..) before even doing my consultation with the DR, I've found out this is routinely how the clinic deals with ALL patients. Doing pre-op tests before even having a consultation makes no sense. It sends the message anyone who is flying out IS going to be getting work done and it adds a lot of pressure on patients. Good medical practice would OBVIOUSLY be doing a consult and engaging the patient in the decision making process before engaging the patient in the actual surgery process. Doctors should consult patients before prepping them for surgery...... does this REALLY need to be said?
After my tests I had my consult in a hospital bed in a hospital robe and it only lasted a couple minutes before i was whisked off to surgery (yup! no reflection time AT ALL after my consult! more good practices!). I also met the DR for the first time on the day of my surgery...I asked many times to do a remote consult with the DR prior to flying out but was told by one of his assistants I would meet him face to face which should be enough (in hindsight no... of course it isn't!)
I saw someone mention in the reviews the doctor is bad at explaining things and i can 100% attest to this. He did a turbinate reduction on me which he never EVER mentioned in the consult. A thoughtful doctor would have gone over all of that prior to doing it...you can get empty nose syndrome from a bad reduction! I also only found out he was going to perform an alarplasty on me AFTER (yes!) I pressed him for more information....its NOT up to the patient to sus out information! Doctors performing procedures should explain clearly every single thing about that procedure to the patient. I said no to the alarplasty (i don't want MJ nostrils!) and was never shown a morph with my untouched nostrils by the DR (the original one took into account the alarplasty the DR planned on doing).... DR also lowered my bridge, which I NEVER asked for...So now i have a deprojected tip with massive nostrils and I never in a million years expected to look like this... I'm much worst than pre-op.
I flew out for a revision from the dr recently and was going to be charged 3500 euros for it. His insta mentions revisions are free, save for hospital fees (i have the screenshot stating this, which the dr and his team also saw...didn't matter to them). How can anyone ethical charge you for a revision? I was gaslit by the patient coordinator (Gulce) who told me what i wanted wasn't a revision but another operation altogether and thus would be charged for it...how is adding more projection to a deprojected tip and overesected bridge NOT a revison? I'm asking the doctor who performed my primary to fix HIS work!
On leaving turkey my second time around i was also asked to pay for the so-called free hotel, transport etc.. I asked the DR directly about paying and he told me it was fine...then his assistants charged me for it. I have no idea if the DR just doesn't like confrontation or what but it felt strange to be told it was fine only to be told a couple hours later it wasn't. Anyway, after a back and fourth with the assistants i agree to pay, but they only wanted me to pay the doctor as an individual not a business (on revolut you can select different categories prior to sending a payment, either "send money to individual" or "send money to business")... He's obviously providing a service and should be paid as a business, so that's what i said. But everyone insisted I paid him as an individual...presumably for tax purposes. More dishonesty. I said I'd pay him as a business or nothing, for obvious reasons. I do not regret this.
so much more I could say...but because of word count i'll just say "AVOID"
Edit: Said I liked my nose because I trusted what you said about it being swelling…if I liked it WHY would I bother flying out for a revision?

The doctor was clear during the consultation and gave you the shape you wanted, which you confirmed during your second visit, saying, ''I am 100% happy with my results, and the doctor did a great job; I just want to get back my previous shape.'' Wanting to go back to your old shape is a bit unusual for us. Your mom mentioned mental health concerns in our talk. Also, during your second visit, you didn't want to cover hotel expenses. Honestly, it seems your needs might go beyond plastic surgery, and talking to a psychologist might be helpful.

First of all, I met Dr. Görkem through my friends, they were pleased with him, so I researched him online and then determined the examination day. I was examined on that day and during the process, I constantly received answers to my questions via Whatsapp and phone. His assistants were very attentive and friendly. Compared to other doctors, Dr. Görkem told me to heal naturally, not with cream or sea water. Since I did what he said and paid attention, my nose is healing very well now and I can say that I returned to my normal life immediately. His hand was very light for me. It was a good choice as a hospital and the staff there were caring and friendly.

never thought I would have a facelift/necklift/lip lift but I wanted to look the way I felt which was younger and happier. After a lot of research I decided on this clinic and so very glad I did. Not only is he a very skilled surgeon he is so kind and caring, | went alone as I didn't want anyone putting me off, he would sit and chat and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team are excellent and so lovely.
They have good aftercare and when I had a query they said I could have another video call with Dr Gorkem, all fine I followed the instructions and healed really well, the stitches went super quick and everyone including me love my result, I feel restored and back if not better than my younger self. They really are like your family so just do it, so glad I picked this very special clinic.P

I had my rhinoplasty with the amazing doctor Gorkem Atsal in March. Everything went well with the procedure and the recovery as well. I am very happy with the result! Now I can finally breathe normal. He has a great team behind him, professional and mannered. Only one thing I would like to suggest for the future. He should do at least one videocall with his patients before the surgery, to know the patient and the needs. In this way the patient is more comfortable on the surgery day. I know and I understand that he has many patients…but for someone who didn’t had a surgery ever it counts very much. Nilsu, my coordinator, you were more than amazing. Glad to have met you!
Very reliable and professional service with 5 star accommodation for the week! As a very nervous dental patient they took all my anxiety away. Having had 6 implants, bone grafting, 2 extractions and lots of stitches it was a completely painless experience!! I am yet to go back in a few months to have the crowns fitted but feel very reassured so far. I would recommend them to everyone !!
I must say that this is one of the best clinics in turkey. The distance between the hotel and the hospital is very short. The hotel where we stayed is brilliant and gorgeous.

AVOID! HAVE TO PAY OVER £22,000 TO FIX HIS MESS! Brow revision, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, face fat transfer. Told me he can close previous brow scars on my head but his scars were open for 1year & scabs the size of rocks. FOUR TIMES 6mnths later I woke up with blood dripping down my face!! Healed only now thanks to NHS but I have giant bigger hairless scars /patches now I have to pay £3000 for hair transplant. He lied to me told me he can fix no problem and never mentions risks of any procedure btw. Had rhinoplasty revision, he does the same nose on everybody. Gave me severe scar tissue and polybeak, he did NOT remove alar scarring like promised as he actually made it worse. He bent my nose, made a deviated septum so I was a mouth breather for 1year, uneven nostrils, no air came in through my nose but only a little not enough to breathe but enough to make whistle noise. made my nose bulbous and fat. Your splints are not removed by a nurse or doctor but from the co-ordinator. Also damaged a nerve because tip of my nose is permanently red & discolored. He over filled fat under my eyes now one is super puffy, my lip has a big lump inside from tissue damage. When woke up doctor said he removed extra fat from me as 'free gift' when it was actually so he could use it to fill big syringes to pose with in instagram stories. Even worst, he was wayy to touchy & feely. Hugging me while pressed up against me from behind multiple times which as an young 18yr old muslim girl at the time it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I still cry how gross it was. I am left with large scar where he removed fat and random large dents on my now uneven stomach because he isn't specialised to do liposuction. Blepharoplasty now eyes uneven, the rubbish sutures he uses didn't dissolve and stayed in way too long. Anytime I mention to any doctors in usa, uk, turkiye etc they all are surprised and say how awful and wrong to be using the stitches he used. No clinic exists, it was a chair at best in hospital, my clinic pre op & checkups was on hospital beds. All the time there were random group of men / teenage boys around him which I woke up from anaesthesia to crowded around me giggling and laughing at me because I was crying in pain as having stomach gauze removed. When I woke up, I was laid down flat for 24/7 which resulted in so much swelling I couldnt see anything for 2 days. Was only able to finally see after I realized myself why the hell was I made to be laid down head flat?!?! Woke up with a catheter which I didnt consent or know about. Nurses speak no english and just very lucky to have had somebody with me or I wouldnt have been taken care of. For revisions, I went & am going with different doctors, I had to pay £12,000 to fix the nose damage now I will pay £3,000 to fix wide patches baldness damage and now £1,500 to fix undereye damage and costs me £5,000 to fix stomach dents, £500+ for laser scar treatments. Lets not forget the therapy costs I will have to add as theyre like £400 an hour becaus I am genuinely traumatised from all of this from the surgery, people involved, financial recovery and especially the inappropriate touching. And not a single penny or resolution has come from this fake money scheme group of people. I also did not consent to any pictures used and i never signed papers daying they have permission for this and I will take legal action if necessary, but during my surgery I was being instagrammed and my rights would have been violated if the companion I brought with me didnt see it on social media and forced them to delete it. For the record, I followed all my aftercare strictly as I could see 3days post op ive been botched but I thought I was being paranoid which made me be extra good at all aftercare. Bad reviews are deleted. Wouldnt even give 1 star if had option. A few days hospital relese I even gave gifts as a thank you yet I couldnt be acknowledged or even have apology, instead I was lied to that I have allergy when I dont. I have seen the best UK doctors& specialists who confirmed i didnt, i was scammed and botched.

Dr Gorkem Atsal Clinic - I had a 360 tummy tuck and lipo with a breast lift to resolve issue of loose skin that I had after losing 13 stones (87kg) not only was the price amazingly good but the service and everything I received was second to none. I had a VIP transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the clinics and then back to the airport. Throughout the whole week I was in contact with the staff Hilal, Enes, Asal, Sina, all obtainable via WhatsApp. My surgeon gorkem ataman was very good along with the nurses looked after me. Overall I would give this clinic 10/10 no areas of improvement. They also reassured me that I could contact if I had any further questions upon returning back home to the UK. I’m very thankful to the Gorkem Atsal Clinic, they treated me like a king the minute I paid my deposit.
I really regret, that I went to this “doctor”. He botched my nose! My nose angle and tip are too high! His assistant stated that he did an amazing job and there will be no refund. Delusional!
We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your nose after surgery, which honestly surprises us because you seemed very happy with the result initially, as evidenced by your before and after photos. It's common for the nose to look a bit higher , as we explained to you before. However, it typically settles down and improves over time. If you compare your before and after pictures, you'll see the great outcome. Healing does take time, so please be patient. If you're still concerned, please let us know. We're here to assist you. Additionally, it's normal for the tip of the nose to take the longest to heal. Any doctor would slightly lift it to account for gravity, as we also discussed with you previously
