Nonono - no “real person” to talk to once u are a customer - they wrote for Safeco whose billing practices are a crime - never received a Safeco bill on 2 policies - just the cancellation notice ! DO Not Use Goosehead or Safeco - happy to take your money but beyond that - it’s a joke

There are not enough positive things to say about Ted King and his team at Goosehead Insurance. The proactive customer service from Ted is phenomenal and the insurance savings he has been able to attain for us has been amazing. Ted is very thorough in walking his clients through every step of the insurance process (and renewals/changes too), clearly answering any questions and making clients feel at-ease. Ted is definitely not your typical "insurance salesman" as he won't sell you what you don't need. He truly values each and every client, as Ted knows that his clients are what makes Goosehead a success.
