We booked a female aya(Sima Debnath),she is very rude and can't talk properly , always irritated and her work is not upto the mark,we are not satisfied.and another part is owner is also encouraging that aya to behave badly.

when we appointed our house maid. you told that time she will do only house hold work but after joining she done All the work of your new born baby and house hold work also the same amount. with the same amount both the work is not possible that is already mentioned in our joining details. when our Aya Didi denied to both work and she told our office. when we want to talk with you, we get very bad behaviour from you and get some threats also. you tell our aya didi get out of your house. you not given our salary also. we think that this is not good things after complet the work salary is not given. we are given maid service to you 33 days.
And one more thing in our telephonic conversation you have used language of (TUI). You call me as a (TUI).
that is not acceptable by us

We booked a male Aya for my elder brother's post-operation care. The person who came, Arindam, worked 12-hour night shifts daily for 25 days. His behaviour was commendable, and his skills were efficient.
Overall, I am very happy with the service provided and appreciate the systematic workflow of the center.
