I would like to say my experience with amazing offer has been outstanding! Rob Hilliard has been easy to work with and took care of everything so I didn’t have to! Great people honest Fair and walked me through the process to make it super easy! Whenever I called, he answered! Whenever I had a question, he answered! Robb Hilliard and Amazing Offer are fantastic and have helped me through a very stressful time dealing with my mothers house after her passing and her foreclosure. I’ve had a lot of different companies approach me about my situation in some really unflattering ways but Robb and his colleagues were so nice and understanding with how nervous I was meeting with them. Robb has helped with the selling process of my house, finding an apartment to live in, and giving me some great advice and support with the aftermath of it all. It’s almost like you're working with a good friend or a brother who is there for you every step of the way and checking on your well being. Anytime I needed something or had any questions Robb was there to respond to my messages/calls asap. I can’t say enough thank yous with how easy he made this whole ordeal for me and I hope to work with him and his company again in the future when it's time for me to find my own house.

Jaime from Amazing Offer was the person who contacted us, she went to the property, checked everything, took pictures, and made us an offer of $100,000 for our property. We signed the purchase agreement on 4/8/2024 and the closing date was supposed to be on 5/8/2024 with a $1,000 nonrefundable earnest money. We had been waiting for them to contact us to get the closing process going, but nothing was heard from them after we signed the contract. We finally got a hold of Jaime on 4/16/2024 and she told us the company owner wants to talk to us. Later that day at 6:11pm, a guy named Ray called us telling us that he was the owner of the company, he said that his employee Jaime should not have offered $100,000 for our property, but he still wanted to honor the contract if we could sell him the property at $75,000 instead. He claimed that the market was going to crash and he was giving us a stellar deal at this point with an offer 25K lower than what was agreed upon. I told him that this was very unethical and that we wouldn't lower the price and we wanted to cancel the contract but he needed to pay us the $1000 earnest money. Ray said, "No, Jaime should pay for it, since she agreed to this deal!". We felt really bad because Jaime really worked hard for this deal representing Ray's company "Amazing Offer", we told him to reconsider and give us an answer ASAP. But Ray said since the contract has not been put to open escrow yet, we can sue him all we want but we can do nothing about it because he said his company has a good team of lawyers ready to defend them. We have been waiting and contacting him but have gotten no response. It's been such a horrible experience for us, our property had been held up for a month without any compensation from this very unethical business. Update: *They finally contacted us on 6/11/2024 after they saw the feedback we've given them. A guy called us and told us that his name is Michael, who claimed that he was with Ray when Ray called us on 4/16/2024, he threatened us that he has looked into us and he knows everything about us, and if we don't retract our feedback, their company (Amazing Offer ) will call their lawyers to sue us for defamation. Here we are thinking we lived in the land where the freedom of speech is a basic right of every American. This type of harassment and threat is not acceptable and we will not back down. If you keep up with this type of unreasonable and lawless behavior, we will see you in court.

Though we didn’t go with the offer that was made, Rob was very upfront and candid with no hidden agenda. We had a great conversation and he communicated very clearly and kindly what his intentions were.

Robbi Hilliard was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process which resulted in a quick resolution. He was always quick to respond. We would highly recommend him. Thank you Robbi!

He never pressured me to sell the house and he was so helpful the entire time. From now on if somebody needs help in real estate, I’m having them call Devin at amazing offer

After hitting numerous road blocks with my mother's estate Ray with Amazing Offer went above and beyond for my family. Helping us navigate the local probate system and even assisting us with the paperwork to self file, he has our utmost appreciation. They have a rough job and help Families like mine to get estate matters settled legally and fairly. I look forward to working with them more in the future as I handle my mother's affairs. Customer service is such a hard thing to find these days so when I see great customer service I take notice. Because of the numerous threats with break ins, theft's and squatters I'd be careful to read bad reviews with a grain of salt. It's very easy for some to post bad reviews when they have never been a client to begin with. Thank you again Ray H. My experience selling my home with Mike and his company was great! Mike was responsive to all my questions and readily available. The staff that worked with me were professional, kind, and honest.
