DON'T EVER TRY TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT! Anyone thinks to rent a car, don't ever think to rent from this company. You will regret it so much! The worst experience I ever had with any company. No work ethics. No respect for customers. Trying to charge you for anything falsely without bothering to give any justification. Miserable customer service. (If we can call that customer service).

Scammers, if you're willing to lose money, go with them. They take money from you for fake fines without any proof and they try to tell you that you damaged the car, even if you didn't... And they don't refund your full deposit.

I wish I can rate them 0. Worst service ever, I agreed with them to pick up my car at 7. I waited 3 hours and no one showed up and the person who was supposed to deliver the car don’t answer the phone.

Thieves crooks and credit card fraudsters . They will cook up fictitious scratch charges . Cheap rental of 90 per day then they add 350 for a non existing scratch . When you take the car they say oh don't worry we don't count small scratches . Two days after you return it your card is hit with scratch charge 350. Absolutely con artists these guys must be deported immediately. Do NOT give them your credit card else you will regret end up paying ten times more !!!

Worst experience ever. I will give worst then 1 star if possible. I have taken car from them multiple time but with time there teams is getting worse. I have taken Nissan Sunny 2022 model in 1500/Month. When I go to return the car it sunday so management is off. They didn't make the receiving properly next day they start charging me on daily basis even though I have return the car and have the receipt. When contacted they treated me like a football from one agent to other no one is ready to take the responsibility. After talking to more than five agent and explaining my story again and again nobody give a damn. After one week upon requesting again one of there customer representatives Nihal who's behavior is very rude (Didn't expecting such behavior from this kind of a company) tells me I will get back to you. He didn't get back but charge me 2650 extra for 1500 per month car which i return in time. Don't trust them with your card details specifically debt card they charge you without acknowledging you. There team is a bunch of headless un trained idiots. Worst experience ever. Not highly recommended to anyone.

Not recommended at all, Honestly, I wouldn't repeat this experience again. Yeah, they'll hand over the car, but good luck getting the insurance sorted without hounding them every single day. And their prices? Way too steep compared to what you'd find elsewhere. Plus, they've got all these annoying rules about dropping off and picking up the car. So, my two cents? Don't bother with them. You're better off finding a place that treats you right and values your business. Trust me, good customer service is worth its weight in gold.

Instead of a real mileage, they wrote more, and for 14 extra kilometers they wrote off 1500 dirhams from the deposit.
