I opened a company in this free zone and the following were my findings:
. the second promised if i gave a referral that they will handover a commission 1k aed ,which h didn't happen after numerous promise that it will be done.
. Customer service hopeless can't process or don't have excess to portal the customer always has to do any transaction.
When cancelling the license after only 1 y they requested for 2k aed and an additional of 200 a month in penetalty heading charges which was a surprise for me .

I'm having the worst experience ever in my life.
I have an FZE company registered with them (Ortashi), and I submitted a visa renewall via thier portal, when I called the second day they told me that the digital viersion will be issued end of the day, but it wansn't, not even the next day, on the third day I checked the ICP portal by my self and found that ICP has returned the applicaiton only two minutes after it was submitted, due to an expired establishment card, until the end of the day SPC didn't give me any feedback and just telling we will email the visa department. I requested a manamgent call back, and I got nothing. this is causing my lots of losses as I have to changes my business travels and alter my schedules.

I'm writing a second review on SPC (and Fouad) they were super helpful and extremely responsive with any issues that I had with the application!! Fouad helped sort out any issues I had and got my application done as quickly as possiible. Seriously if you're gonna get a business registered here ask them for Fouad, you won't regret it haha

Had Given them agoos rating earlier because to compensate for the LOSES We had because of them.,they had PROMISED immediate support and were providing that TillMR KHALID, The then manager, was working with SPC and after he LEFT, The same issues started again..
Once again they didn't lose the opportunity to DISAPPOINT US. We were promised IMMEDIATE SUPPORT by their SENIORS As earlier they had dissappointed us and we had faced FINANCIAL LOSSES BECAUSE OF THEM. Once again, did the same.. we paid before renewal date AND ONLY LATER WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE PROCESS NEEDS TO BE DONE ONLINE BY US. Even after Spending and wasting 1 hr ONLINE ON CALL WITH THEM. They couldn't solve the ISSUE AS THEIR Website was having problems. THEY ASSURED It WOULD BE DONE WITHIN A TIME LIMIT AS I WAS TRAVELING AND NEEDED THE DOCUMNET URGENTLY before proceeding for the Trip.. They promised and never got back. And ON REMINDING SENT WRONG DOCUMNET WHICH WAS USELES.. On repeated emails also they just gave basic response - IT SHOULD BE DONE ONLINE.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I couldn't FINISH THE WORK I NEEDED TO BEFORE THE TRAVEL FACING FINANCIAL LOSS BECAUSE OF THEM ONCE AGAIN.
Feels like a mistake deciding to RENEW THE LICENCE WITH THEM

After all the below reviews , my case was handled by mr Khalid, who understood the entire issue and tried his best to compensate (not in terms of money) but the best services he could provide! HE HAS BEEN VERY KIND AND HELPFUL .
Just wishing that what happened with us should not happen again with anyone as its a complete waste of time , energy and money..hard earned money,

WORST EVER SERVICE. HAVE PAID FINES BECAUSE OF DELAYS FROM THEIR SIDE AND STILL NO ON IS BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO US. They only say - we will call back and then no calls ... very inefficient and poor service. only SALES Process is fast.. taking money is fast..but when you ask them for service ...LEAST BOTHERED.
