Very deserving of high star ratings. We’re Visiting cincy for the weekends. These place is amazing!😍There’s are a lot of delicious items from the cakes,pastries and coffees! Their staff are so nice. Been to 4 diff. locations of Paris Baguette but this is my favorite location so far!💕

Let me get this clear -- The food is 110% on-point. The workers however are slow, like, so slow there are no words in the English vocabulary to accurately describe the slow. Im not expecting Starbucks speed, but when your business is terribly located and people have to run to pay a meter, you should work with that in mind and try to help your customers get in. This is especially important since those of us who are fans of the Korean franchise travel from far distances. Even more frustrating is seeing multiple workers catch up on life while one cash register is open and the line is snaking to the door. Not one of them had the presence of mind to help their already slow cashier to help box pastries. The location is just terrible. Very inaccessible. It was better placed on OTR where people are in walking distance to use the cafe. The Dallas (Carrolton) location during the grand opening had some teething issues with employees having a poor attitude towards people, but they were able to train people and overcome those setbacks. Its doing great now.

I worked in southern France for 4 years and lived in a small village and this place is the closest I’ve seen to a real french bakery. Well done!

Came here for the first time and it was wonderful! When you first come in there is a self serve station where you grab your own tray and pick whatever type of pastries you want (donuts, baguette, tarts, etc.). When you make a line to checkout they also have full cakes, slices, and sandwiches that looked amazing. If you are a fan of tiramisu cake just like me, you should try the tiramisu cake piece. Cappucino and espresso are delicious 10/10 ⭐️⭐️

Their food is delicious and service even better. I am always greeted with a smile and their cakes are divine! Everything is always fresh and tasty and store nice and clean. The people who work there are so nice and friendly!

Variety of food was nice. The tables, floor and coffee area were dirty. Plenty of workers to go around and wipe tables down and push in chairs. I would go back but probably not eat in. I feel that is more of lack of training of employees to keep the space clean.

This is second time having breakfast in Paris Baguette, We had different pastries and all were delicious. The cappuccino is perfect.

For a store with Baguette in its name...for 2 days now they can't sell Baguettes because they are out of bags!?! Very disappointing...

Beautiful bread and cakes. A wonderful bakery. The staff were refreshing and had lovely smiles from the morning. My family and I started the day in a very good mood. The curry bread and crab cream bread were unusual.
